Chapter 168 Transmigration with a Golden Finger Fifteen

In the end, I just couldn't bear to part with it!

The man, as if possessing the special ability to read minds, shamelessly declared, "If you want something, just say so. Even if it's just a mirage, I can help you get it."

"Bang!" Ji Xiaoxiao's heart skipped a beat.

Ji Xiaoxiao frowned, her aura dropping considerably. "Here we go again."

Assassins value freedom and elusiveness. Ji Xiaoxiao disliked the feeling of losing control, and the lingering emotions in the original owner's body clearly crossed her line.

"Beg me, and I'll help you," the man whispered in Ji Xiaoxiao's ear.

The breath was warm, and Ji Xiaoxiao's ears turned uncontrollably red, as if dripping blood. The fragrance of tobacco wafted into her nose, stimulating her blood and overwhelming her mind.

Ji Xiaoxiao opened her mouth, her legs went weak, and she knelt down at the man's suit trousers.

"Good girl." The man gently patted Ji Xiaoxiao's head.

While still rational, Ji Xiaoxiao felt utterly humiliated because her body, knowing full well that it was wrong, was doing what it shouldn't have done.

"Little Anran is such a good girl, Master wants to reward her." The man pondered with a troubled expression. "Little Anran, tell Master, what do you want?"

“The little slave girl wants to be an actress, to be Mu Shiran in ‘Alone and Alone’.”

Though she spoke lightly, Ji Xiaoxiao was internally torn, a fierce battle raging within her. What normal person would enjoy calling themselves a "little lowly slave"?

The man suddenly stood up, looking down at Ji Xiaoxiao's fawning and obsequious manner, and clapped loudly with joy, his expression a mixture of ecstasy and madness.

"Okay, okay, okay, whatever Xiao Anran wants, Master will give Xiao Anran." The man raised his hand, his two fingers nimbly scratching Ji Xiaoxiao's chin.

"Master, this little slave loves you the most." The man's tickle made Ji Xiaoxiao feel completely comfortable and blissful, and her tone became sweet and coquettish.

Master and servant, question and answer, and in the blink of an eye, the sun rises and dawn breaks.

After daybreak, the man left, and Ji Xiaoxiao lay helplessly on the floor.

After resting well, Ji Xiaoxiao temporarily put aside the original owner's relationship with the man and devoted herself to cultivating the Dao Heaven. Another night passed, and Ji Xiaoxiao was awakened by the ringing of the telephone.

Ji Xiaoxiao pressed the answer button. On the other end of the phone was the person in charge of the "Alone" production team. He asked Ji Xiaoxiao to come to the designated location in a week to start filming.

After saying a few more words in a garbled manner, Ji Xiaoxiao hung up the phone.

"That man's identity is definitely not simple."

Not wanting to be a puppet, controlled by others, the only way for Ji Xiaoxiao to succeed is to become powerful herself. She can no longer rely on power or influence. Her only remaining strength must be acquired through tireless, day-and-night training in martial arts, so that one day she may achieve perfection and ascend to immortality.

With the help of others, Ji Xiaoxiao's training became even more arduous. However, time waits for no one, and a week passed quickly, forcing Ji Xiaoxiao to rush to the film set for shooting.

Upon arriving on set, Ji Xiaoxiao received a warm welcome from everyone. During the two months of filming, Ji Xiaoxiao not only ate and stayed well, but also received guidance from senior actors on any shortcomings in her performance. As a result, Ji Xiaoxiao's acting skills improved significantly.

After filming the last scene, Ji Xiaoxiao reluctantly left the set. Although there were occasional quarrels, without any annoying people or things, Ji Xiaoxiao was very comfortable and content.

After having her assistant take her luggage back first, Ji Xiaoxiao wandered around the film and television base. Busy filming in the mornings and cultivating at night, for the past two months, Ji Xiaoxiao hadn't had a proper rest. The way of both literature and martial arts lies in a balance of tension and relaxation; now it was time to relax properly.

The film and television base was filled with antique-style buildings, and people came and went, all dressed in costumes from different dynasties. Every time Ji Xiaoxiao passed through a group of buildings, she would see a film crew.

"Weiwei, come on, we're about to film."

Walking and stopping to look around, upon hearing a familiar name, Ji Xiaoxiao could no longer take a step.

Looking around, Ji Xiaoxiao realized that the person called "Weiwei" was indeed Song Weiwei.

Ji Xiaoxiao stood aside, watching Song Weiwei's performance, and truly felt that no one is perfect. Song Weiwei was incredibly successful in songwriting and book writing, as if divinely inspired; however, her acting talent was so poor that she could drive anyone to their death with sheer awkwardness.

With a sneer, Ji Xiaoxiao turned to leave when Qiao Heyun appeared in front of her.

"Anran, it's really fate that we met here. How about having a cup of tea with me?" Qiao Heyun said with a forced smile.

After walking for a long time, Ji Xiaoxiao was quite thirsty. Someone offered to treat her, and with the mindset that it would be foolish not to take advantage of a good deal, Ji Xiaoxiao readily agreed.

After wandering around for a while, Ji Xiaoxiao and her group stopped in front of a coffee shop.

"If there's no tea, is coffee okay?" Qiao Heyun asked cautiously.

Ji Xiaoxiao nodded and went in first. Qiao Heyun was stunned for a moment, then followed her into the coffee shop.

They ordered coffee and remained silent, heads bowed, savoring their drinks. Qiao Heyun moved her lips slightly, and just then, the shop's door bell rang.

"Brother Qiao, what are you doing hiding here?" Before seeing her, her voice preceded her appearance. After two months apart, Song Weiwei's aura had soared.

Upon seeing that the person who came was Song Weiwei, Qiao Heyun abruptly withdrew his outstretched hand. His tall frame trembled almost imperceptibly, and a flush crept up his milky skin, spreading to his cheeks and then to his entire body. It was laughable that a grown man was as limp as a steamed shrimp.

Song Weiwei glanced at Qiao Heyun, muttered "slut" under her breath, and sat down directly between Qiao Heyun and Ji Xiaoxiao.

"Sister Anran, have you finished filming your scenes?" Song Weiwei asked Ji Xiaoxiao casually.

Even though the two had clearly fallen out long ago, Song Weiwei could still greet them with a smile, demonstrating remarkable patience. Whether she's a "green tea bitch" or not, her skin is incredibly thick.
