Ji Xiaoxiao gave a soft hum and left Iron Bucket City with the little tiger monster in her arms.
Inside the hotel, everyone was taken aback.
"Arya. Krista, is that Arya?"
"Ailiya from the Imperial Capital, the strongest genius in history, ranked first on the Star Ranking of Saint St. Academy, skilled in both magic and martial arts, with extraordinary talent, advanced to the level of Great Swordsman and Archmage on the same day."
"So it was her. No wonder Kohlberg lost."
No one doubted Ji Xiaoxiao's words, even though her face didn't resemble the one depicted on the wanted poster; they believed her without question. Ultimately, it was simply that the name "Aria Krista" was no longer glamorous, but merely a euphemism for the once-exquisite descriptions of "peerless genius," and the imposters had virtually vanished.
The five people who remained at the hotel looked at each other, each with their own plans.
"The emperor is about to descend into chaos." The five of them shared a common thought.
Arya Christa's reappearance before the world is sure to cause trouble for Saint St. Academy, the Forsterman family, and the Clavis family, potentially leading to major upheaval. Arya Christa's allure is simply too great.
They had considered getting a share of the profits, but the thought of the three major powers in the capital eyeing Aria Krista made them hesitant. Unable to gain any advantage, they unanimously decided to go to the capital for a vacation and, incidentally, to see what the commotion was about—it was sure to be quite a spectacle.
"Everyone, I'm leaving first." Medusa Mercenary Group leader Doclilith left first, followed by the effeminate man and the white-haired old man.
Inside the inn, there was only a tall, muscular man with a full beard, wearing armor, a greatsword at his feet, and facing an elderly woman with her eyes closed, holding a dark gray staff.
“The Forsterman family,” the old woman said.
"Senior, what can I do for you?" the burly man asked the old woman respectfully.
The old woman said, "When you deliver the letter to the capital, also take a letter for me to Clavis, reminding them that Aria Krista is back."
As the old woman read "Arya Christa," her eyes slightly opened a crack, a gleaming light radiating a terrifying murderous intent.
"This is a small matter; I will have someone prepare it later." The burly man sensed his surroundings to make sure no one was eavesdropping, and then said, "Senior, you are already a three-star Grand Magister. Although Aria is troublesome, you could easily capture her with a single move. Why did you...?"
The old woman slowly opened her eyes. Her eyes were bright and eerie, with glittering five-pointed stars etched within her pupils.
"Tianxing broke your eye." The burly man quickly lowered his head, not daring to look the old woman in the eye.
The old woman was unsurprised by this and said calmly, "I am no longer a member of the Clavis family. This reminder is my final way of repaying the kindness of the Clavis family in raising me."
The strong man had no suspicions. The old woman's husband and son had died at the hands of her clansmen, and she was eager for revenge. However, her clan intervened to stop her, simply because the man was the clan chief's son. In other words, it was the current clan chief of Kravis who had killed the old woman's husband and son.

John and Annabella were gathered in a small building, their faces clearly showing fear and worry.
“Brother John, I just got word that Arya has appeared in Iron Bucket City.” Annabella rushed over and wrapped her arms around John’s waist.
John murmured to Annabella's long, flowing hair, "I heard the news too."
Annabella sobbed softly, "It can't be true, right? Brother John, this news can't be true, can it? How could Arya still be alive? She's been infected with the poison... Waaah..."
"Shh, don't talk nonsense, walls have ears."
John swiftly covered Annabella's mouth. "Corruption Potion" was a forbidden word, yet Annabella brazenly proclaimed it so loudly—was she tired of living?
Annabella calmed down, blinked, and John released her grip.
"Brother John, is the news absolutely true?"
John nodded. "The news came back from someone my family had arranged in Iron Bucket City. He said it was something he saw and heard with his own eyes and ears, so it's 100% true."
John didn't tell Annabella that his uncle, Kohlberg, a seven-star swordsman, had actually been defeated by Alita.

The little tiger beast let out a howl and rubbed its fluffy head against Ji Xiaoxiao's chest.
"Good girl." Ji Xiaoxiao grabbed the little tiger monster's forelimbs, lifted it up to look at her eye level, and kissed it several times in a frenzy.
Upon arriving at the gates of the capital, Ji Xiaoxiao patiently queued to enter the city.
The checkpoints at the city entrance were strictly inspected, to the point that anyone who did something slightly wrong would be immediately imprisoned.
When it was Ji Xiaoxiao's turn, several city gate guards surrounded her.
