Lin Xiaoxiao never expected that the housework competition would actually attract car sponsorship from CCTV. The champions of the three groups in the finals each won a car. It's really impressive.
The station director himself was very happy at this moment. It was all thanks to Xiaolin's good idea. The housework competition was so popular, and they even added that couples had to have been married for a full year to participate. This effectively stabilized the divorce rate. What a brilliant idea!
Such a great program should continue for a long time!
When Lin Xiaoxiao heard that the station director wanted to prepare for the next season of the competition, she was completely numb. She never wanted to watch people clean every day again. Watching occasionally was fine, but watching too much would damage the relationship between her and her house!
Lin Xiaoxiao and her little house were originally very close, but recently when she was recording a program, she felt that there were no clean corners or filth everywhere she looked.
Everyone knows that comparisons are the worst thing in a relationship. She and Xiao Fangfang are destined to be together forever! She doesn't want to be provoked!!
The new factory of the household with ten thousand yuan is under construction in full swing. In order to avoid continuing to participate in the second season of "Household Chores Competition", Lin Xiaoxiao hurriedly found herself a project.
"The information on the companies acquired overseas is all here."
Lin Xiaoxiao flipped through the pages and was surprised to find that this company had actually produced a series of hugely successful movies in its early days.
She didn't want to continue filming "Household Chores Competition," so she decided to find a new project. Speaking of which, there were still a few promotional tasks that needed to be completed to establish Penglai Island TV.
Why not take this opportunity and finish it all at once? She had a good idea.
Because of its age, the Survival Island Park has lost most of its visitors, except for a few popular attractions. Moreover, the abandoned buildings were not properly renovated at the time; they were only given a cursory cleaning.
Surviving on an island is really profitable. The initial investment wasn't much, only the prize money was a bit high. The foreign company initially only bought the variety show rights to the survival show, but later, due to its popularity, they also bought the rights to an amusement park, essentially making a double profit. After the foreign survival park opened, tourists on Penglai Island weren't so scared anymore.
Domestic tourists have already experienced most of what's interesting, and it's probably getting boring.
Ultimately, we really didn't have any money back then, and we were really frugal, using houses in abandoned areas of the island.
Lin Xiaoxiao looked at the floor plan of the island survival park in her hand. Since there were no visitors in the other venues, she decided to convert them into recording studios for new programs and eventually open them to the public like the escape room venues.
No major renovations are needed; a little interior decoration will suffice. The basic building quality of these venues is quite good; a slight reinforcement will suffice.
The kitchen really has so many places that need cleaning!
[The range hood filter needs to be removed and cleaned! It's so dirty, but it looks so soothing after cleaning. You know how it feels when something is all grimy and oily, and then suddenly it's super clean – it's so satisfying!]
[It's really impressive. The countertop looks fine from a distance, but up close it's covered in grease. I don't know how these people managed to use it for cooking in the first place.]
[Haha, speaking of this, I'm reminded of a couple with obsessive-compulsive disorder who clean before cooking, and clean themselves after every single step of the cooking process. Haha, by the time the food is all cooked, it's practically steaming, but the kitchen is spotless, just like before cooking.]
These two seem to have a really good chemistry cleaning the kitchen. One takes apart and cleans the cleaning machine, while the other washes the parts. The kitchen isn't very big, and they never fight or bump into each other. Will they open a shop after the competition? Who knows! I'd love to have them come and do a deep clean at my house!
These two are really good at cleaning, but I feel their cooking skills are a bit lacking. The food was clean and hygienic, but not very tasty.
I've now completely grasped some cleaning techniques; cleaning from top to bottom, and the order is actually quite important.
At first, I was puzzled as to why one contestant boiled two pots of water right away, but then I realized that they were using steam to soften the grease on the range hood, making it easier to clean.
Have you noticed that those who clean quickly usually use hot or warm water to wipe things down? I feel like I've mastered an important skill, hehe (* ̄rǒ ̄).
[The kitchen cleaning team of three and four was quite good; they were all very experienced. They didn't use many tools and barely used any cleaning agents, just baking soda and lye, but they worked incredibly efficiently and got the kitchen very clean. Even though that cast iron pot was so rusty, they managed to restore it to a brand new shine, making it look even better than my carefully maintained cast iron pot.]
Hey, if you're lazy, skip the cast iron wok and join our stainless steel wok team!
[Agreed! Cast iron pans are such a hassle to maintain, and non-stick pans aren't safe. With a genuine stainless steel pan, you can really use it however you want; it'll still be there even after you leave—it's no exaggeration (* ̄rǒ ̄).]
I still prefer iron woks. I can't quite explain why, but I feel like cooking with them has a certain smoky, earthy quality.
[I initially thought the same thing as the person upstairs, until one day I used an iron wok to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes, and the invincible oil film on my wok, which I had painstakingly maintained for years, was broken! I was so heartbroken! Then I started maintaining it all over again, and since then, I've never made scrambled eggs with tomatoes in my house again! May every iron wok have a bright future (o′ω`o)?.]
[Hahaha, you're going to make me laugh to death, and then inherit my money?! O(∩_∩)O haha~]
I highly recommend cast iron woks. Seriously, the ultimate wok is the cast iron wok. No matter what you start with, you'll eventually use a cast iron wok!
【(* ̄rǒ ̄) I feel like the end is made of stainless steel.】
【Haha~ Judging from your description, it definitely needs to be stainless steel, after all, it's a three-piece stainless steel set with a mahogany stool.】
That's true. I guess you guys really do use stainless steel where you are, but I feel like stainless steel is really easy for food to stick to.
That's because you lack technique. You have to wait until the pan is hot enough that water droplets form beads on it before you start adding oil to stir-fry the vegetables.
[I've noted it down. It needs to be heated until the water droplets form. Do I need to remove the droplets, or can I just add oil directly?]
Ah (⊙o⊙)…
Is it possible that pouring oil directly into the container might not be okay?
[I understand now. The person upstairs is truly amazing. Just as you predicted, I was just blown up.]
[(Head-shaking emoji.JPG) You say you don't understand? You're quite proactive, putting what others say into practice. But if I said you understood, what would I say then...?]
