On the other side, Sheng Yiyi noticed that Lin Yang was clearly somewhat confused, so she went to the production team. The production team did have a doctor on hand, but they hoped that the two of them could handle it themselves. Of course, if they couldn't, the production team would step in to help.
Without saying a word, Sheng Yiyi pursed her lips, asked the nearest doctor at the hotel, and prepared to set off in the borrowed SUV.
The camera crew quickly followed, watching Sheng Yiyi familiarizing herself with the vehicle. They hesitated, wondering if they should just place a camera, since Sheng Yiyi had never touched a car before, and how could someone from the same company not know that?
However, after thinking about it, if Sheng Yiyi's business doesn't go well, they, as a member of the same company, can help out if things get really bad, at least ensuring Yiyi's safety.
The cameraman got into the car despite the pressure.
Sheng Yiyi remained completely silent throughout the journey, never letting go of the accelerator and maintaining a high speed. The cameraman was on edge, ready to take over the vehicle at any moment.
It must be said that when Sheng Yiyi is silent, her high intelligence instantly shines through, making those around her feel calm and even the cameraman gradually relaxes.
On the vast grassland, stretching as far as the eye can see, the lush grass gradually lowers, and some low huts slowly appear. A beautiful, aloof woman gazes intently ahead, traversing streets frequented only by pedestrians, and finally arrives at the clinic of a Chinese doctor.
"Doctor, someone has a fever and we need you to make a house call."
The young doctor, seeing that there was a beautiful fellow villager among them and that he wasn't busy at the moment, agreed to make the house call.
As soon as Sheng Yiyi saw that the other party agreed, she helped pack her things, carrying the heavy-looking medicine box and the IV stand, and got into the car.
The doctor had just fastened his seatbelt when the car suddenly shot forward.
He had originally planned to chat with the beautiful woman about his illness, but the rapid speed of the car made him forget all other thoughts. The borrowed SUV had no roof, and the wind rushed into the car from all directions.
Even when navigating bumpy roads, Sheng Yiyi didn't slow down. She simply gripped the steering wheel with her seemingly slender arms and headed towards the hotel.
Meanwhile, Peng Miao noticed that Sheng Yiyi was missing. When she took out her phone to contact her, she found that Sheng Yiyi had left a message in the group chat, but everyone was busy trying to cool Lin Yang down physically, so no one had seen it.
"Yiyi said she went to see a doctor."
Zhao Shufang frowned. "It's too dangerous for a girl like her to go out and find a doctor by herself. Call her back quickly."
Everyone else disagreed as well. Zhang Jian wiped his sweat and prepared to go out to find Sheng Yiyi.
Just then, the door to the room opened. Sheng Yiyi appeared before everyone, her hair sticking to her head, looking travel-worn, carrying a large medical kit in one hand and an IV stand in the other.
"The doctor is here."
Everyone quickly made way for the doctor, who went to the bedside, examined Lin Yang's condition, and did a quick check. "It's probably a fever caused by heatstroke. His temperature is a little over 38 degrees Celsius. I'll give him some IV fluids to help lower his temperature faster. Once he wakes up, just make sure he drinks plenty of water and eats something. Young man, you'll recover soon."
The doctor quickly prepared the IV fluids for Lin Yang, then turned around to find that everyone in the room was watching him, including a camera.
When he arrived, he didn't look closely. A beautiful fellow villager with similar black hair pulled him over, carrying a medicine box and a stent, and drove over at high speed. He thought there was some kind of emergency.
Since we're all from the same hometown, and we should help each other out in a foreign land, he came along too.
As soon as he entered the house, he saw that it was full of handsome men and beautiful women. Even the two older men still looked like they were in their youth. After he finished his work, he realized that the two elderly men looked familiar. Could they be the guests from the variety show recording in China that he had mentioned a while ago?
"It's nothing serious, don't worry. The young man is in good physical condition, he'll definitely be fine in two or three days."
After receiving the reply, everyone breathed a sigh of relief, except for Kang Le, who was still lying by the bed with tears in her eyes. In their haste, they had forgotten about the production crew and, seeing Zhang Jian trying to cool Lin Yang down physically, they joined in to lend a hand.
Unexpectedly, Sheng Yiyi went to pick up the doctor all by herself and successfully brought him back to China in this foreign country.
Seeing that Lin Yang's fever had begun to subside, Zhao Shufang wiped the sweat from Sheng Yiyi's forehead. "Yiyi, you were amazing today. You managed to find the doctor all by yourself. You're so great, my darling."
Everyone else chimed in with praise, and Sheng Yiyi blushed with embarrassment.
Upon learning from the doctor that Sheng Yiyi had driven there alone, they were even more astonished.
Zhang Jian exclaimed heartily, "Wow, you're a driving god! You're amazing, Yiyi. I didn't even dare to drive in France, I didn't expect you to be so brave. How was driving in X country?"
Sheng Yiyi said shyly, "It's alright, I didn't really feel anything."
Seeing the relaxed atmosphere, the doctor joked, "Not bad? You were driving really fast! When we hit bumps, I felt like I was taking off, I even felt like I was suspended in mid-air."
Sheng Yiyi was a little embarrassed. "I'm sorry, I was only thinking about bringing the doctor back as soon as possible, and I didn't realize that it was a bit too fast."
The doctor waved his hand, "It's not a big deal. The locals drive very fast too. When I first came here, the cars were so bumpy that I kept throwing up as soon as I got out. It took me four or five years to get used to it."
Zhang Jian chimed in, "Indeed, the locals seem to drive very recklessly. Yesterday was a bumpy day, and I feel like my herniated disc has flared up again."
Upon hearing this, the doctor said, "You have a herniated disc? Then lie down, and I'll give you two injections. I guarantee you won't suffer for the next few days."
