Both of them played the male lead, but the emotions he conveyed in his portrayal seemed to be deeper. He might not have been as professional in his action scenes as Cen Yuzhou, but his performances were more authentic.
After his performance, Ye Zhizhou applauded generously.
Cen Yuzhou looked over, his eyes somewhat dim. Ye Zhizhou hadn't applauded when he was performing.
"It's too difficult to choose. You two acted very well. It would be great if this play had two male leads."
Lin Chengfeng clapped and exclaimed that he found this year's juniors to be incredibly talented, and he was no match for them at all.
Xu Jiao agreed with him, "It is indeed difficult to choose. Cen Yuzhou is more in line with the requirements of stage plays, but Qin Xuan's emotions are more intense. He is simply blessed by God, his eyes are so expressive."
After stopping the performance, Qin Xuan relaxed a lot.

“Cen Yuzhou, I’m so sorry. This was my mistake. I should have confirmed the intentions of both of you before making the final decision.”
Lin Chengfeng felt a little embarrassed. Although it was just a competition between the two of them, it was still a bit shameful to lose.
Cen Yuzhou smiled, indicating that he didn't care. "A loss is a loss. I'm willing to accept defeat. Qin Xuan, don't let me down."

Ye Zhizhou helped him carry his bag, preparing to leave.
Qin Xuan grabbed her arm. "It's not about reminiscing about past hardships, it's about how sweet things have always been. You're wrong."
Ye Zhizhou was momentarily lost in thought. So, back then, he already felt it was sweet?
"Xiao Zhou, Qin Xuan, see you next Friday! We'll all rehearse together then, and I'm sure you'll be able to memorize your lines!"
Lin Chengfeng and Xu Jiao also packed their things to leave, not forgetting to remind the two to memorize their lines.
"Chengfeng, don't you think they're a perfect match?"
