In the dense forest, Naruto charged quickly in the direction Kiba Inuzuka pointed, shouting as he chased after him.
He was incredibly fast and didn't care about any potential traps, making Shino and the others who were chasing behind secretly complain.
Those following further back, from the roots and shadows, had to conceal themselves while enduring the cacophony of noise, causing many to frown.
Some members of the secret service even openly complained, "Is this guy an idiot? He was yelling and shouting while chasing people."
A gossipy ANBU member nearby immediately whispered, "There were indeed rumors before that the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki's mind wasn't quite right, but I didn't expect it to be in this abnormal way."
The Root leader interrupted their nonsense with an icy expression, "Shut up, don't worry about any of that. How's Uchiha Sasuke doing?"
He was more worried about Danzo's plan than the noise. The chances of drawing out the remnants of the Uchiha clan were already slim. A normal pursuit and encirclement had turned into this mess. Even if the Uchiha were originally prepared to take action, they probably wouldn't come out now.
The gossipy ninjas immediately shut up, and the scout ninja who had led the way replied, "He's not far ahead, still in the wooden barrel on Yakushi Kabuto's back."
They disappeared for a very short time, but now they've reappeared.
The pursuit team is too slow. To ensure the plan can proceed, our people are disguised as a patrol team and are using traps and ninjutsu to entangle Kabuto Yakushi and prevent him from advancing any further.
He's still circling around with our people not far ahead.

The Root leader signaled to his men to prepare, his tone cold and indifferent. "Lord Danzo's will is our guiding principle. Since the Hokage's orders cannot be carried out, we should focus on the tasks assigned by Lord Danzo."
As the Root leader spoke, the Root and Anbu ninjas quickly stopped and stood behind their respective leaders, soon splitting into two teams facing each other, and a tense atmosphere instantly arose between them.
"No, Sasuke Uchiha cannot be killed yet! The objective of this mission is to eliminate the remaining members of the Uchiha clan. Sasuke Uchiha's life or death is a matter for the Hokage to decide."
The ANBU leader's attitude was very firm, making it difficult for the Root ninjas to make a decision. After arguing for a long time, they finally decided that regardless of whether they should kill him or not, they should at least take Uchiha Sasuke back to await judgment and absolutely not let Orochimaru succeed.
Just as they were arguing, Naruto finally caught up with Kabuto Yakushi in the woods after a frantic rush. Without even pausing to catch his breath, he demanded, "Kabuto Yakushi, you traitor, hand over Sasuke!"

Naruto didn't reply; his gaze was drawn to the wooden barrel emitting black smoke behind Kabuto Yakushi. For some reason, he instinctively felt that Sasuke was hiding inside that barrel.
"Naruto!"
Just as Naruto was about to form hand seals and attack, Kiba and his two companions caught up, panting heavily. They cautiously examined the masked corpses on the ground. Had the Hokage sent out other pursuing ninjas? Why hadn't he mentioned it before?
Seeing that more people had appeared, Kabuto's expression became even more sinister. "You're all genin who participated in this year's Chunin Exams. Kimimaro actually missed a few of you. It seems his body really isn't up to par. Well then, let me deal with you first before handing Sasuke over to Lord Orochimaru."
As Kabuto Yakushi spoke, he activated his chakra scalpel. His right hand, with fingers joined together, formed a hand blade, and sharp chakra light flashed on the side of his palm.
"Stop joking! I won't let you take Sasuke away, you bastard!"
Upon hearing this, Naruto instantly flew into a rage, unleashing a torrent of Nine-Tails chakra filled with a violent and ominous aura, forming a thin cloak around his body. He burst forth, charging towards Kabuto Yakushi. With the boost from the Nine-Tails chakra, Naruto's speed and strength were greatly enhanced. Kabuto, not daring to be careless, used his chakra scalpel to engage Naruto in a fierce battle.
Although the situation was still unclear, seeing Naruto launch his attack, Kiba and the other two had no choice but to follow suit and launch their own attack.
"Animal-like Ninja Technique"
"Wind Release: Vacuum Jewel"
"Jade with Parasitic Insects"
In an instant, orcs pounced, insects gnawed, wind-escape techniques and taijutsu attacks raged out, seemingly threatening to overwhelm Kabuto Yakushi.
"Hehe, medical ninjas shouldn't be underestimated!"
Faced with the overwhelming onslaught, Kabuto simply chuckled and effortlessly dodged their attacks with a few quick movements. He wielded his chakra scalpel, launching several counterattacks with tricky angles and devastating power, quickly putting Naruto and his companions at a disadvantage.
Not long after, Naruto, despite his minor injuries, continued to fight, Kiba Inuzuka had several bloody gashes on his body, and Kyoko Shimura, whose heart vessels had been severed, was lying on the ground coughing up blood and convulsing in pain. Only Shino Aburame was temporarily unharmed while controlling the parasitic insects on the outside.
