"Hyuga Kaze, what has this guy done?!"
As Madara Uchiha watched Hyuga Kaze disappear, his ominous premonition grew stronger. First, the Infinite Tsukuyomi wasn't working as expected, and then Hyuga Kaze suddenly appeared and inexplicably struck out with his palm in the air. It all seemed very strange.
Just as Madara was about to fly to where Hyuga Kaze had been to observe more closely, his expression suddenly changed again.
He had initially thought that Hyuga Kaze's attack was to disrupt his plans, but unexpectedly, he discovered that the God Tree's chakra absorption within him was actually accelerating, and it seemed that some power similar to Hashirama's Sage Mode chakra was surging into the God Tree. Although this power was still far inferior to the God Tree's might, Madara, as the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki, clearly sensed the increasing power.
"This...it's like this...that guy was actually helping me?"
Even as he muttered to himself, Madara was still uneasy. He circulated his chakra and checked his body inside and out several times, while also keeping a close eye on the Ten-Tails inside him. However, everything seemed perfectly normal, which puzzled Madara greatly.
"Watch out, Madara!"
Just as Madara was lost in confusion, he suddenly heard Hashirama's weak and anxious shouts.
Worried that something might have happened to Hashirama, Madara quickly looked at him. He saw that Hashirama was still properly bound by the branches of the Divine Tree. Before Madara could even ask anything, he suddenly felt a piercing and warm sensation in his chest.
Ban instinctively looked down and was horrified to see a dark, eerie arm piercing through his chest, while a sinister, triumphant voice reached his ears.
"It's time for you to show your true value, Madara!"
