A towering aura suddenly rose from Hyuga Kaze, and the surrounding ninjas and Konoha villagers watching through the light screen felt an immense pressure on them, causing them to breathe rapidly.
"Hey, you can go now!"
Hiruzen Sarutobi sighed helplessly, his strength waning, looking as tired and aged as if he had aged ten years.
He forced himself to stay calm, trying to save face. "Now leave Konoha. When we meet again, I'll make you pay the price, even if it costs me my life!"
Hiruzen Sarutobi was filled with mixed emotions. He couldn't quite explain how much of his anger stemmed from the loss of his clan and how much from the fact that the other party had ruined his plans, making it impossible for Konoha to maintain peace any longer.
Danzo didn't dare to voice his opposition this time, but instead stared at Hyuga Kaze with a look of surprise and uncertainty.
At Hiruzen Sarutobi's command, the ninjas made way for him.
Hyuga Kaze deliberately refrained from using the Flying Thunder God Technique, and instead slowly and leisurely walked out of the Sarutobi clan's territory and onto the streets of Konoha.
Along the way, Konoha ninjas and villagers kept their distance, looking at him with fear and hatred.
A growing troop of ninjas followed Hyuga Kaze a few hundred meters behind, their eyes fixed on him. Hyuga Kaze paid no heed to these gazes; in fact, he found them rather amusing, and occasionally nodded to the Konoha villagers and ninjas in a gesture of goodwill.
Perhaps it was the mask on his face that blocked his smile, preventing others from receiving his kindness. They were all terrified and even took a few steps back when they saw Hinata Kaze nod.
Hinata Kaze strolled leisurely along the street, and when she passed by a shop that was still open, she went in and made some three-colored dumplings herself.
He didn't eat for nothing; he left a thousand taels of silver notes in the shop. Since it was Hiruzen Sarutobi's money anyway, he didn't care.
In the end, Hyuga Kaze collected all his shadow clones, laughed wildly as he passed through the gates of Konoha, and left using the Flying Thunder God Technique.
All that remained was a devastated Konoha village and his final, mocking words: "I'll leave you all here this time. With you four old geezers around, Konoha's elite will never rise to prominence, and Konoha will only continue to decline. Hahahaha!"
