The people with He Guizi looked at Zuo Ling with great interest.
One of them waved and greeted Zuo Ling: "Hello."
Zuo Ling was in a bad mood and didn't have time to pay attention to him, and he wasn't angry either.
He introduced himself: "Hi, let's get to know each other, my name is Bai Hongwei."
Zuo Ling's eyes flickered slightly. The surname is Bai? The Bai family, a reclusive clan?
The other two were grinning and joking.
"My name is Lin Wang."
"My name is Li Mingli."
One is surnamed Lin, one is surnamed Li, and one is surnamed Bai.
Ah, the three surnames of the hermit family have all come together.
After dressing his younger brother, He Guizi couldn't bear to look at his brother's miserable face.
He took two steps closer to Zuo Ling and questioned her sharply:
"It's over seventy degrees below zero. You're trying to kill him by stripping him naked?"
"Ha, your brother ordered someone to shoot me. He wanted my life. Shouldn't I have fought back?"
Zuo Ling retorted sharply.
"But you're perfectly fine, while he almost lost his life."
"Robber logic! I didn't die because he was less skilled than me, not because he was merciful. At such a young age, he dared to shoot others at will; he should be prepared to be killed himself. If you don't raise your adopted son properly, someone else will. If you don't want him to die, keep an eye on him. If he comes to mess with me again, he might not survive. Hmph!"
After saying that, Zuo Ling turned and left.
Bai Hongwei called out from behind, "Hey, hey, don't forget, my name is Bai Hongwei."
The other two: "My name is Lin Wang."
"My name is Li Mingli."
Zuo Ling left without looking back.
His companion's fawning manner was so obvious that it made He Guizi's face contort with anger.
Patting him on the shoulder, Lin Wang advised:
"You know your brother's condition best. If you hadn't protected him, he would have died eight hundred times over."
Li Mingli followed up with another blow:
"This kid deserves a beating. If it weren't for your sake, I would have beaten him up a long time ago."
Bai Hongwei patted He Guizi on the shoulder, but said nothing.
After the three walked away, He Guizi kicked his younger brother and said, "Get up. I know you're awake."
Young Master He grinned, his voice trembling with tears:
"I can't get up, I'm frozen, frozen stiff. Brother, you have to avenge me, that girl is too ruthless, she tried to freeze me to death, and..."
Suddenly burst into tears:
"Brother, what did she shoot in me? My vision is blurry, and my body aches terribly. I want to kill him, kill her, kill her..."
He Guizi was furious with his younger brother for being so useless, so he kicked him twice more.
“You killed eight young men, and they wiped them all out. You still have the nerve to ask me to avenge you? All you do all day is bully men and women. You’ll get yourself killed sooner or later.”
Young Master He kicked and thrashed his legs like a spoiled child:
"I don't care, I don't care, I'm going to kill her, kill her, I can't swallow this."
He Guizi kicked his younger brother several times in succession:
"What makes you think you can kill her? She could kill you in a heartbeat, before I can even come down to save you."
Enraged by his younger brother, He Guizi cursed a few times, then turned away and left his brother and his wounded soldiers lying on the ground.
Young Master He howled:
"Oh, Grandpa, Grandpa, come quick and see me! I'm about to be beaten to death..."
He Guizi rubbed his forehead, thinking how unlucky he was to have such a useless, damned brother.
They called over a few security guards and took the younger brother and his henchmen back for medical treatment.
Back home, Zuo Ling checked her injuries. In the chaos, she had taken several blows, and she wasn't as relaxed as she appeared.
If it weren't for the Spider-Man armor protecting him, he would have been seriously injured; his arms and legs are already bruised.
I had just found the safflower oil when Professor Jin called.
"Girl, I heard you got into a fight today? Are you alright?"
"fine."
It feels good to have someone who cares.
"Oh dear, young lady, you've gotten yourself into big trouble! Do you know who you've offended?"
Zuo Ling curled her lip, "I don't care who he is."
"He is the grandson of He Kuidao, the richest man in Kyoto. Noah's Ark was developed by his family. That kid has been a scoundrel since he was a child. Relying on his grandfather's wealth and power, there is nothing he wouldn't dare to do. If you mess with him, you'd better watch out."
"Bai Hongwei, Lin Wang, Li Mingli, do you know them?"
Zuo Ling asked an unrelated question.
"Huh?" Professor Jin was taken aback. He had hit the grandson of the richest man, so why wasn't the girl scared?
"I know, all three families also have shares in Noah's Ark, but not as many as the He family."
Judging from what he said, Professor Jin probably didn't know about the hermit family.
Judging from today's situation, Bai, Lin, and Li are not afraid of the He family. The He family may be the main force, and this is probably just a smokescreen.
Merchants value profit and would not share it with others for free, indicating that the He family had to consider the opinions of the other three families.
Chaos erupted at the He family's house.
Hospitals are overcrowded and medical resources are scarce.
Grandpa He spent a lot of money to get his grandson and his little followers into the hospital.
One arm was broken, one arm was dislocated, and one leg was broken.
One person injured their back and is currently unable to move. An X-ray is needed to determine the extent of the injury.
One person got punched in the face, knocking out three teeth, while another broke two ribs.
Young Master He received timely treatment and was fine except for his face being swollen like a pig's head and minor frostbite.
Of the eight people, only the last one, seeing the situation was turning against him, stopped in time and escaped unharmed.
Mrs. He was so angry that she jumped high into the air:
"Who did this? Who did this? In Kyoto, who dares to disrespect the He family and injure my son? I'll make them pay with their lives."
Grandpa He's expression was unreadable as he asked his eldest grandson, "Tell me, what happened?"
He Guizi recounted everything in detail, without bias or prejudice.
