With a long sigh:

"Cousin... she's not that kind of person."
Bai Hongwei was unwilling to accept that his powerful older sister could not be acknowledged.

The next day, just as Zuo Ling was about to go to work at the plantation, there was a knock on the gate.
The dog barked and rushed out, and the man and the animal started playing around together.

The dog shoved Ah Si aside and barked incessantly at the oncoming people.
