Chapter 56 Demons and Evil Ghosts

Wei Fu uttered two words without any emotion: "Corpse."

Lord Rong's face darkened. He was a child who grew up in a noble family, so he naturally knew the privacy of the backyard. Thinking that Shu Han was killed by his wife, Lord Rong immediately whispered to his attendant to seal the gates of the mansion. No one was allowed to leave without his order.

The attendant immediately went to give orders.

Someone here immediately tied a rope and went down into the dry well. He originally thought that there was nothing underneath the dry well, but he found that it was quite spacious. However, it was very cold inside the dry well. It was obviously the hottest time of the year, but the cold inside the well gave him goose bumps. He lit a tinder, held it up and looked around, then was frightened by the scene in front of him and took a few steps back.

There were actually more than a dozen jars placed at the bottom of the well, and there was a human head sticking out of each jar, but due to the passage of time, these heads had turned into skeletons.

The man down the well was terrified, but he was there to do this job, so he had to suppress his fear, pick up a jar, and shout to the man above: "Pull..."

Then someone pulled him up, and when everyone saw him coming out holding a jar with a skull in it, some of the timid women in the family screamed in fear.

The man who came up said, "Sir, there are twelve jars like this down there."

Lord Rong's face was gloomy and no one dared to look at him at this moment.

All twelve jars were brought up and neatly placed under the scorching sun. The bright sunlight shining on the white bones did not increase the temperature, but instead made those who were under the scorching sun feel cold all over.

To be stuffed into such a small jar, the person must have been stuffed in a very cruel way.

Wei Fu had the bones in one of the jars dumped out, then walked over and pieced the pieces together himself: "This is a girl."

She had the remaining eleven bodies dumped out and pieced them together one by one: "They were all girls, around eleven or twelve years old."

After reading it, Wei Fu looked up and asked Lord Rong: "Have so many girls died in your family?"

One of the women suddenly rushed out and slammed into an old woman, yelling in pain, "You old hag, you killed my daughter!"

"My Yingying, she is only eleven years old, she is so well-behaved and cute!"

The old woman was caught off guard and was knocked to the ground. The younger woman dragged her towards the skeletons, acting like a madman. "Old hag, go apologize to Yingying!"

The old woman was Lord Rong's wife, and the young woman was his eldest daughter-in-law. Seeing them acting like this, he said coldly, "Come here, take the eldest lady away. She's gone crazy."

Wei Fu frowned. "Master Rong, your family affairs shouldn't be of Fu'er's concern. But since you invited Fu'er here today, you should see to it that things are completed. The eldest lady is not crazy at all. If you let her stay and let her anger go unresolved, your Rong family will be doomed sooner or later."

As soon as Wei Fu finished speaking, a well-mannered middle-aged man with a goatee came out and said seriously, "Princess, although you are of noble status, you still need to be careful with your words."

Wei Fu raised his eyes, gave the other person a cold look, then rushed forward, kicked the other person to the edge of the well, and then pressed the other person's head and pushed him into the well.

No one expected Wei Fu to suddenly take action. It was not until the man fell down and let out a miserable howl that everyone reacted.

Lord Rong was angry, but he still held back and said, "Princess, I asked you to come here to ask you to help me see if there are any problems in the mansion. Now that you have finished your work, I will send someone to take you back to the palace!"

"Are you sure you want to help my son go back?"

"You don't think that there will be no problems after bringing these skeletons out!"

"You don't think that everyone is kind and will be reincarnated obediently after death, and won't turn into an evil ghost, right?"

"If you don't want your eldest grandson's life, Fu'er can leave immediately."

Madam Rong had originally grabbed Madam Rong and forced her to kowtow to the skeletons. But upon hearing Wei Fu's words, she fiercely scratched Madam Rong's face, crawled over on her knees, and kowtowed to Wei Fu, crying: "Please, little princess, help my daughter..."

"Please, little princess, make the decision for my daughter!"

"Please, little princess, help my daughter to be reborn. I am willing to chant sutras and pray for you every day in the future."

"I dream of my poor daughter every night. She's locked up in a cold place, calling out to me, mother, begging me to rescue her. She's so little!"

"How frightened she was!"

"It was my stupidity as a mother that I didn't realize she was trapped at the bottom of the well and being treated so cruelly. I should have divorced her back then and shouldn't have compromised because of worldly opinions."

The more she spoke, the more agitated she became. Her hatred was tangible, and her voice was like a cuckoo crying blood: "I curse your Rong family to have no descendants, and everyone will die a miserable death!"

Now everyone was furious and jumped out to blame Madam Rong. Madam Rong's face was as gloomy as it could be: "Ms. Zhou! Shut up."

However, Zhou gave Lord Rong a mocking look and ignored the insults from others. After venting her anger, she just looked at Wei Fu pleadingly.

Wei Fudao said, "Don't worry, I will help your daughter to be reborn."

Madam Rong immediately kowtowed: "Thank you, Princess. Thank you, Princess." She kowtowed so hard that her forehead was broken, but she didn't care.
