Chen Hua smiled at Chu's mother, and Chu Xiaolan smiled slightly as she looked at him.
After the meal, Chu's father urged Chen Hua to take Chu Xiaolan back home.
"Dad, remember to rebuild our house!"
Chu Xiaolan didn't dare stay at home either. Before going back with Chen Hua, she didn't forget to give her father some instructions.
Father Chu nodded.
"knew."
Chu Xiaolan pulled Chen Hua away quickly.
No matter how fast you walk, you still encounter people you don't want to meet.
"Chu Xiaolan? How can you be so rude to your grandmother? Don't you know how to greet her? Who taught you to be so ill-mannered?"
When Old Mrs. Chu saw Chu Xiaolan's face darken, she immediately tried to pinch Chu Xiaolan.
Chu Xiaolan trembled with fear, while Chen Hua stepped forward to protect her with a cold expression.
"Who are you! You just came up here and started touching me inappropriately."
"I'm her grandmother, what are you?"
Grandma Chu sized up Chen Hua, noticing that his clothes were quite nice and that he was wearing a watch. Her eyes narrowed.
"Brother Hua, let's go!"
Chu Xiaolan mustered her courage and quickly said to Chen Hua.
"Where are you going! You don't even show your grandmother any respect. Is this how your father raised you?"
Old Mrs. Chu wouldn't let her off so easily, and she blocked her from leaving.
Chu Xiaolan's face turned pale.
"I have no money."
Seeing Chu Xiaolan like this, Chen Hua felt that she couldn't stay any longer, and her body began to tremble uncontrollably.
"Oops, some money fell here!"
Chen Hua suddenly shouted, and Old Lady Chu quickly looked over.
