Xia Lan looked at everyone and said earnestly.
"Will they come if we change our attitude?"
Someone pursed their lips and said, "Not everyone has eyes on the top of their head."
"All I can say is that if you don't change your attitude, you are destined to be eliminated by society."
Xia Lan said earnestly to them.
“You all have families who should be living here. Now think about it, how many mobile vendors have appeared on the streets?”
"Think about it again. Aren't they eager to sell everything as quickly as possible? And in order to sell their products, they are enthusiastic and proactive?"
Many people nodded in agreement; that was indeed the case.
"Times are changing, our country is changing, but you're still clinging to the attitude of the supply and marketing cooperatives from ten years ago!"
“Before, this was the only place where you could buy things. Now, you can go out just a few steps and you might meet someone who wants to sell things. You can buy what you need just a few steps away.”
"So why do these customers travel all the way to our store to buy things?"
Xia Lan's words made everyone fall into deep thought.
"My presence today is the best proof, because innovation and change are needed here. We can no longer use the old sales model and service attitude, which is why I am here."
"Next, I will be making changes to the store, and I need your cooperation!"
"But I'm not forcing anyone to stay, because I want people who are willing and voluntarily willing to stay. As for the others, if they don't want to change, they can leave now!"
Xia Lan's words immediately caused an uproar among everyone.
Can I leave work early?
Anyone who can leave work early is a fool.
Are you telling the truth?
Someone looked at Xia Lan and asked.
Of course!
"Those of you who want to leave can just go. I'll take responsibility if anything happens."
Xia Lan smiled at everyone.
With Xia Lan's agreement, the crowd began to make noise, and some people boldly stepped forward. Xia Lan nodded in response.
"You can go home now."
Hearing Xia Lan's words, the man left happily.
Once someone started, others immediately rushed up.
"You can all leave now!"
Xia Lan nodded.
Of the hundred or so people, nearly half disappeared in an instant.
Of the remaining half, some people were still hesitating about whether to leave.
"Is anyone else leaving?"
Xia Lan raised her voice and asked.
"Is anyone else leaving?"
Xia Lan asked again.
Several hesitant people finally calmed down and did not choose to leave.
"I'll ask one last time, is anyone else leaving?"
Xia Lan asked finally.
"No."
The remaining people were strengthened in their resolve to stay because of Xia Lan's question.
"very good."
"You! Write down the names of those who chose to stay!"
Xia Lan pointed to the man who had talked back to him at the beginning.
"My name is Zhao Liang."
Zhao Liang pursed his lips, but still completed the task Xia Lan had assigned him.
"Remember that."
Zhao Liang handed the notebook to Xia Lan.
"Everyone except those listed in this book will be expelled."
Xia Lan's words caused a huge uproar.
Those who were just hesitating were suddenly terrified and broke out in a cold sweat.
"What?"
Zhao Liang looked at Xia Lan in astonishment.
"So many people, all of them are on fire?"
Do you have any questions about what I said?
Xia Lan looked at Zhao Liang, and Zhao Liang looked at Xiao Guoqiang.
Xiao Guoqiang glared at him.
"Why are you looking at me? She's your store manager, just listen to her!"
Xiao Guoqiang was also shocked by Xia Lan's move. He should have stopped her. Losing so many people at once would definitely lead to questions.
But why do I feel so good about this?
Zhao Liang and the others exchanged glances, realizing that Xia Lan didn't seem to be joking.
Zhao Liang slowly took out his notebook and wrote down the names of the people who had left behind.
"Alright, now, follow my instructions and rearrange the goods according to this diagram!"
Xia Lan took out a piece of paper and handed it to Zhao Liang.
Zhao Liang looked at the hastily drawn diagram on the paper. It seemed messy, but he could understand it.
"..."
Who on earth is this person...?
The rest of the people started to move, following Zhao Liang's instructions, and rearranged everything according to Xia Lan's instructions.
It might take one person a long time to organize a counter, but when a group of people work together, it might be over before they even have a chance to react.
Zhao Liang led the remaining sales staff to make changes one by one. With many people, they were able to figure out Xia Lan's patterns and began to divide the work tacitly.
Xiao Guoqiang watched as Zhao Liang led the sales staff to set up the shop, and his gaze towards Xia Lan was filled with a smile.
Those in the office who previously looked down on Xia Lan now have a completely different opinion of her.
This guy is ruthless.
After Xia Lan had arranged everything in the mall, she made Zhao Liang a customer, gave him a few items to choose from, and asked him to take a look around.
Zhao Liang turned around, holding the item Xia Lan had requested for the task.
"What do you feel?"
Xia Lan asked.
"What?"
Zhao Liang hadn't reacted yet.
"Now that there are no salespeople, how do you find the items you want?"
Xia Lan asked with a smile.
"You just walk over there and you'll see it right away?"
Zhao Liang was puzzled. He walked over and glanced at the counter, where he saw what he was looking for.
