Chapter 503 Reunion

"You're saying there are no seats? Look, there are plenty of empty seats here! Why won't you sell them?"

"There are only the two of them in this room."

The old lady pointed to the empty seats in the room and said to the flight attendant.

The flight attendant looked at Chen Hua.

"Comrade, is nobody here?"

"There's someone there."

Chen Hua said directly.

"Where are they? Get them out here right now!"

"You want to buy a seat?"

Chen Hua looked at the aggressive old woman and asked.

"Yes, I'll buy it."

The old woman snorted coldly.

"I have money!"

The old woman took a bag out of her waist and patted it.

There was indeed the sound of coins inside.

"Heh, I wouldn't sell even if you paid me!"

Chen Hua sneered, "It's just money, isn't it? Who doesn't have money!"

"Excuse me, flight attendant, could you please move this elderly lady from my compartment? I've already booked all the beds here!"

Chen Hua took out a stack of tickets from his pocket and asked the flight attendant to check them.

The flight attendant was stunned, not expecting that Chen Hua had bought all the seats.

Then there's really nothing to say.

"Why should he be able to buy all the seats?!"

The old woman was furious and pointed at Chen Hua angrily.

“He’s a capitalist roader, he should be arrested and imprisoned.”

The old woman roared.

"Comrade, my wife is pregnant and she doesn't like crowded places, so I paid for this ticket. Is that okay? I've already paid for it, is that alright too?"

"I'm being considerate of my wife, what does that have to do with being a capitalist roader?"

"Does this mean that as long as I make unreasonable demands, I can disregard my rights?"

Chen Hua glanced coldly at the old woman and then spoke earnestly to the flight attendant.

"This is...no problem."

The flight attendant glanced at Chu Xiaolan, who was hiding behind Chen Hua, and then spoke to the old lady.

"Sir, if you continue to cause trouble, I will call the train police to handle this!"

"It's his own money; he bought the spot for his wife. What's wrong with that?"

The flight attendant said to the old lady.

"I'll pay double, you sell me one!"

The old woman spoke to Chen Hua as if she were bestowing a great favor.

Chen Hua laughed.

"You want to compare money with me? I, Chen Hua, have more money than anything! Besides, this position is rightfully mine, why should I sell it to you!"

Chen Hua sneered.

"If you had spoken to me in a good mood, I might have been willing to give you a place, but with your attitude, ha!"

"Sorry, I won't tolerate your bad temper!"

"Now, please leave right now, you're disturbing my wife's rest!"

"you……"

No matter how unwilling the old woman was, she could only turn around and leave.

"Excuse me, comrade, I'm sorry to bother you."

The flight attendant said apologetically to Chen Hua.

"Please don't bother us anymore!"

Chen Hua raised the corners of his mouth at the flight attendant, a sharp glint flashing in his eyes.

The flight attendant was startled, carefully retreated, and thoughtfully closed the door behind her.

"You were so amazing!"

This was the first time Chu Xiaolan had seen Chen Hua like this; he stood protectively in front of her, looking incredibly handsome.

Chen Hua saw the bubbles in Chu Xiaolan's eyes and a smile appeared on his lips.

"Protecting one's wife is a matter of course!"

Chen Hua held Chu Xiaolan in his arms and sat with her in front of the wall to continue looking at the scenery.

When it was lunchtime, Chen Hua brought out the lunch he had prepared earlier.

The two of them finished eating, taking turns, when they heard the old woman's voice coming from outside again.

She still refused to give up and asked people to give up their seats for her.

"Ignore her. Someone like her will get scolded for being late."

Chen Hua calmly stated that not everyone respects the elderly.

He still had the composure to reason with her because he was taught from a young age not to strike first.

If it were an ordinary person, that old woman would have been just as mean-spirited.

She'll definitely get a beating, to let her know this isn't her home.

Just as Chen Hua finished speaking, a scream came from the other side, followed by a wail.

"See? Someone's teaching her a lesson."

Chen Hua's lips curled into a smile, and Chu Xiaolan, listening to the old woman's cries, obediently nestled against Chen Hua's chest.

Little Ears heard the old woman crying and being threatened by a man, and then left feeling wronged.

I never knew train journeys could be so interesting.

It was Chu Xiaolan's first time on a train. Besides admiring the beautiful scenery outside the walls, she listened to the gossip of her neighbors.

There are military wives who go to live with their husbands, there are mothers-in-law who beat their daughters-in-law, and there are daughters-in-law who run away...

She found the diverse range of people particularly interesting.

As long as she wasn't exposed to certain things, Chu Xiaolan found train travel quite interesting.

In particular, she can go see Xia Lan, whom she has been longing for.

After learning that Chen Hua was on a train, Xia Lan took her car and went to pick up Chen Hua and Chu Xiaolan herself, as they were also accompanied by their clothes.

Qin Yu arrived just in time, and Xia Lan and Qin Yu used their connections to get to the train platform, waiting for the train to slowly approach.

As the train pulled into the station, Xia Lan asked Li Liang to bring out a banner; its bright red color was hard to miss.

Chu Xiaolan carefully followed Chen Hua off the bus. Looking at the crowded station, she felt a little flustered.

A splash of red caught Chu Xiaolan's attention.

As if guided by some unseen force, Chu Xiaolan spotted Xia Lan under the red banner at a glance.
