Du Juan refused to admit it.
"Someone must be framing me! I stay home every day and hardly ever go out!"
"How dare they say they've seen me? It's clearly slander."
Du Juan immediately replied.
Is that really the case?
The police officer sneered and brought the two men over, where they confronted each other on the spot.
"Officer, it was her! She's the one who told us to pretend to be the landlady!"
A man saw Du Juan and immediately pointed at her, saying to the police.
"She gave us fifty dollars, and said that if we did a good job, she would give us another fifty dollars!"
Another man pointed out the name to the police.
The police officer looked at Du Juan, and Du Juan panicked.
"How dare you point fingers like that! I've never even seen you before!"
"Who paid you to slander me like this?"
"I'm going to sue them; someone is definitely setting me up on purpose."
Du Juan shouted at the police officers, refusing to admit it and even claiming that the two men were slandering her.
“You should put them in jail; they’re talking complete nonsense.”
The two men exchanged a glance after hearing this.
Du Juan actually said that, and the two of them immediately refused to accept it.
“Officer, I followed her home. I told her her address, so I definitely know it.”
"She didn't know I went home with her."

Du Juan panicked, slammed her hand on the table as she tried to get up, but the police suppressed her.
"What else do you have to say now?"
The police looked at Du Juan; the two of them had already exposed enough of Du Juan's past.
Du Juan gritted her teeth.
"You believe them just because they say so? They don't seem like good people at all."
Du Juan still insisted that she didn't know anything and that she was being framed.
"I advise you to just admit your guilt! Arguing with us won't do you any good!"
The police sneered and took the two men away, leaving only Du Juan in the room.
Du Juan looked at the police officers inside the house and realized how frightened she was. Her body trembled.
"I need to call my daughter..."
Du Juan wanted Zhang Qiu to come and save her, but no matter how much she shouted, no one paid any attention to her.
Only when Du Juan could no longer shout did a policeman come in.
"The two men have already implicated you; you have broken the law..."
The police officer said indifferently to Du Juan.
"You will be detained for fifteen days in accordance with the law. Come with me!"
The police officer's words left Du Juan dumbfounded.

Du Wenqing looked at Zhang Qiu, and Zhang Qiu saw the sincerity in his eyes.
