Qin Yu held Xia Lan tightly in his arms, kissing her repeatedly, hoping she wouldn't be angry.

"I have completed my mission. I infiltrated their organization, passed through layers of tests, found their hideout, and rescued hundreds of trafficked women and children."
"If it weren't for you, I would have almost lost my life."
Qin Yu's words made Xia Lan's heart tighten.
"What happened?"
Xia Lan gritted her teeth, turned around, and looked at Qin Yu, asking a question.
He touched his body with one hand to check for injuries.
"I'm fine, I'm not hurt."
Qin Yu kissed Xia Lan's lips and said slowly.
Do you remember the time we saved Qiqi?
"Remember."
Xia Lan nodded.
"They suspected there was an inside man and questioned each of them about the methods used in the crimes."
Qin Yu chuckled at Xia Lan and kissed her cheek.
"Your experiences with human traffickers have been my best answer sheet, allowing me to pass through smoothly."
Xia Lan was stunned for a moment, then looked at Qin Yu.
Qin Yu nodded.
"It's true. If it weren't for your experiences, I probably would have been caught by them!"
It was indeed a very dangerous situation.
Fortunately, Qin Yu had a flash of inspiration and remembered the experience Xia Lan had told her, which inadvertently helped him and earned her trust.

Xia Lan looked at Qin Yu seriously and said.
"You're not angry with me anymore?"
Seeing that Xia Lan's emotions had calmed down, Qin Yu hugged her and asked.
"angry."
Xia Lan glared at him.
"But they are more important."
Xia Lan pursed her lips; she was simply not going to settle scores with him for the time being.

His only fear was that his wife would get angry.

Xia Lan glared at Qin Yu.
"Okay, I'll go make something for my good wife right away!"
Qin Yu kissed her pouty cheek and willingly went to the kitchen to make her breakfast.
"You're smart to know what's good for you."
Xia Lan smiled.
While Qin Yu was making breakfast, Xia Lan thought of the rampant slander against the scoundrels, went to her desk, and began to write.
When Qin Yu finished making breakfast, he saw Xia Lan writing furiously at her desk. Qin Yu went over and saw that Xia Lan was writing down the methods used by human traffickers to abduct people one by one.
