It was a slightly chilly snowy day. Palace maids carrying precious medicinal herbs came in one after another. The noisy atmosphere in the palace seemed to have been paused with the arrival of Panshu.
Ban Ruo was sitting below the empress. When he saw her coming, his bored eyes lit up slightly.
But she saw the two men behind her frowning.
Pan Shu sat down slowly in her seat, while Jiang Zhan and Qi Yu sat down on either side of Pan Shu with their heads lowered.
Jiang Zhan lowered his eyes and poured wine for Ban Shu obediently.

The Queen's sharp gaze fell on him several times. In the second half of the palace banquet, the Queen asked calmly, "Whose family is this young man from?"
Without waiting for Jiang Zhan to answer, Pan Shu answered first, "Young Master Zhong, Jiang Zhan."
The empress knew that a young master from the Zhong family had recently returned to the capital from the temple.

Qi Yu endured the pain and nodded slightly, "I am embarrassed for your Highness."
He was a respectful and polite young man from a noble family. Being embarrassed in public like this made Qi Yu's face even paler.
"I, I'm going to change my clothes." He stood up and walked towards the side hall with the palace maid beside him.
Jiang Zhan looked at the man's back, his eyes strange and calm.
