Chapter 17 You're Talking to Me

The old lady observed the undercurrents at the table without saying a word, quietly listening to the two brothers arguing.

Shen Huai'an knew, of course, that little girl was mocking him, but he wouldn't hold a grudge against a little girl.

"Big brother, I won't mind. Xiaoting is just being immature and saying a few silly things. As her second uncle, I won't hold it against her."

Shen Huai'an directly bypassed the issue of seeing a doctor that Shen Taimin had just suggested.

Lin Wanxing kept his head down as if he hadn't heard, and continued to eat his food in small bites. Everyone at the table stared at the idiot, wondering what was wrong with him.

"Xingxing, your big brother is asking you a question!" Shen Huai'an said to him with a smile in a low voice.

Suddenly called out, Lin Wanxing looked up blankly. He was enjoying his ribs and hadn't heard anything that had just happened.

He blankly put down his chopsticks, swallowed the last bite of food, and said to Shim Tae-min:

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

Were you just talking to me?

Shen Taimin's expression immediately changed. No one in this family had ever dared to ignore him like this. He was the eldest son with the highest status in the family, and everyone followed his lead. This fool actually ignored his words.
