I might as well go out and have some fun.
Mingdai drove to find Lin Yang.
The billiard room wasn't crowded, the environment was nice, and no one smoked.
Lin Yang bought Ming Dai a warm milk tea.
Mingdai glanced at it and chuckled.
"If I drink this now, I'll get so fat I'll die."
Lin Yang glanced at her and said, "It doesn't burn much calories; you can burn them off by playing a few rounds of billiards."
Mingdai was too lazy to say anything to him.
Playing billiards is purely a skill-based activity and has little to do with burning calories.
Lin Yang handed the pole to Ming Dai.
"Can you fight?"
Mingdai had played before, but her skills were not good, and she would often make a fool of herself.
Mingdai took the pole and looked around at the people who were playing. She had no inhibitions in front of Lin Yang.
He laughed and said, "I didn't play very well."
Lin Yang raised an eyebrow. "Need any guidance?"
Without hesitation, Mingdai replied, "Of course."
So the two of them played in the pool room for more than an hour.
If He Yaonian hadn't discovered that Mingdai hadn't returned and hadn't called her, Mingdai probably would have stayed out even longer.
After receiving the call, Mingdai didn't dare to tell He Yaonian the truth. She hurriedly said goodbye to Lin Yang and drove back to the villa.
He Yaonian was waiting for her in the living room.
Mingdai tiptoed in, only to be caught red-handed.
Do you know what time it is?
He Yaonian's tone was indifferent, but he immediately became angry.
Mingdai felt guilty.
She walked over hesitantly and stopped a few steps away from He Yaonian.
"Third Uncle, why aren't you asleep yet?"
They're specifically targeting her here.
Is he really that serious?
He Yaonian's eyes darkened.
"Have you forgotten everything that happened not long ago?"
