Chapter 24 She is simply indestructible

The Ming family's car took Mo Tingchuan to the hospital.

Mingdai wanted to call the Mo family to come and resolve the matter.

"What are you yelling about?"

Ming's mother stopped her daughter, saying, "Why did you call them over before we even figured things out?"

Ming's mother, thinking of her daughter's best interests, felt that something was amiss.

The doctor just said that Mo Tingchuan's injury looks like it was caused by a heavy object hitting him.

Ming's mother was in a state of unease. It couldn't be that Mo Tingchuan had deliberately caused trouble for himself.

She turned her head without making a sound and looked at her daughter, whose face was as cold as ice.

Could it be that the daughter smashed it?

Ming's mother busied herself helping with all the procedures before pulling Mingdai to sit down in the ward corridor.

"What happened between you and Tingchuan?"

Mingdai didn't want her mother to worry.

"fine."

"He was in that state and he's still alright?"

Ming's mother was extremely anxious.

He took Mingdai's hand.

"Good girl, there are no outsiders here, just the two of us, mother and daughter. Tell me the truth, what really happened?"

Mingdai was pulled by her mother to face her.

Looking at her mother's no longer young face, and recalling her mother's life of glory, comfort, dignity, and elegance, the worst days of her life were probably the three years she, her unfilial daughter, married Mo Tingchuan.

Every second of the betting agreement was incredibly agonizing; until the very last moment, no one knew whether they would win or lose.

The Ming family gambled everything to achieve Mo Tingchuan's current glory.

Mingdai's parents were also pleased and proud of the scenery of Motingchuan.

But if she calls the police, even if she is the victim, public opinion will probably not be on her side. Moreover, Mo Tingchuan will definitely take advantage of her misfortune and make her suffer a terrible death.

"He did something wrong and upset me."

Mingdai looked away.

"I accidentally injured him."

Upon hearing that it was indeed her daughter who had injured Mo Tingchuan, Ming's mother found it hard to believe.

Where do you get such strength?

Then I thought about it again and suddenly felt happy.

"It seems you've taken good care of your health these past few years; you've become much stronger."

Little did Ming's mother know that it was a full-force attack from her daughter in a fit of rage.

Mingdai is still sweating profusely and feeling cold all over.

"It's perfectly normal for couples to argue, but you can't be so violent next time."

Mingmu always considers things more thoroughly.

“Although Tingchuan won’t lay a hand on you, there’s no guarantee that if you push him too far, he might instinctively retaliate. In short, violence is not something to be encouraged, and it should never be the way you resolve your arguments. You need to protect yourself. If you’re really angry, call your mother, and she’ll teach Tingchuan a lesson for you. But you can’t lay a hand on him again, okay? That’s too dangerous.”

Mingdai lowered her eyes and remained silent.

She doesn't condone violence, but Mo Tingchuan deserves to die.

I went too lightly today.

Seeing that her daughter didn't speak, Ming's mother could only hold her daughter's hand and feel that her daughter's little hand was ice cold. She sighed inwardly, thinking that she must be very scared if she hit someone, but she was pretending to be strong.

"Your parents only have one daughter. We don't ask for anything else in this life, we just wish you to be safe, sound and happy."

Ming's mother glanced at her daughter, whose eyes had suddenly reddened.

She was truly heartbroken.

“Dai Dai, actually, your parents didn’t think Ting Chuan was a good match for you three years ago. You are so much better than him, and there are plenty of other eligible men who are better than him. Your father and I have found several for you, but you just happened to fall for Ting Chuan.”

Mingdai was in so much pain that she couldn't open her eyes, and she clenched her teeth to keep from sobbing with regret.

Ming's mother gently rubbed her daughter's hands.

"You finally fell in love with a boy, so of course your dad and I had to do everything we could to help you make him successful. Luckily, he's doing great and can now stand on his own and put our minds at ease."

"Mom knows that couples sometimes have their ups and downs. Even though your dad and I have a good relationship, we still argue from time to time. But no matter how much we argue, we are still husband and wife, and we will support each other in the future."

"Dai Dai, Mom just hopes that you and Ting Chuan can always be well. As long as you two are doing well, your dad and I will have nothing to worry about in this life."

Since having children, parents devote all their energy to their children.

They seem to have very little of their own life anymore; all their focus is now on their children.

“You have no idea how smug your dad is now. He’s always bragging to others about Tingchuan, saying that his daughter found a good husband.”

Ming's mother smiled and gently patted her daughter's hand, coaxing her, "You can't hit Tingchuan anymore. You're so weak, why are you fighting with a stinky man like him?"

Overwhelmed with regret and tears, Mingdai clung to her mother in despair, letting her tears soak her mother's shoulders.

If a mother knew what kind of injustice her carefully nurtured daughter was suffering, she would probably be devastated and heartbroken.

Mo Tingchuan, inside the ward, couldn't hear what the mother and daughter were saying outside. Ming Dai's slaps, including the ashtray incident later, had left him so dizzy that he felt like vomiting at any moment.

He dared not disturb the mother and daughter outside.

Dazzlingly, she sent a message to He Yaoyuan, asking him to find a way to trip up Mingdai.

Although he guessed that Mingdai would not tell Ming's mother the truth, if Mingdai really wanted to fight to the death, then everyone would die with her.

So we have to stop her.

Upon receiving the message, He Yaoyuan frowned. He thought that Mingdai would stop once she received the phone call and the video.

"That foolish woman, she could have gotten anything by turning a blind eye, why did she have to fight to the death!"

Despite cursing, He Yaoyuan rushed back to the He family villa as soon as possible.
