Mu Mu went abroad, and Zhou Chen wasn't among those who went to see her off. Perhaps she has truly let go!

Mu Mu had just gone abroad and was on vacation a few days later. The first semester of her second year of high school ended just like that, and she welcomed a 36-day holiday.

On their last day at school, the two walked out of the school gate together, feeling the summer sun and breeze, their hearts filled with anticipation for the holidays.

When Tan Yuze returned home, the house was lively and warm. His younger sister happily welcomed her brother back from his holiday. The family ate dinner together, and his parents asked about his school life. Tan Yuze shared some interesting stories, showcasing the harmony of the family.

When Xu Li arrived home, she found only her grandparents in the quiet house. She first went to visit her grandfather, who was painting in the study. The two greeted each other, and her grandfather encouraged her to create more art during the holiday.

Xu Li returned to her room, began tidying her desk, and prepared to start her vacation.

Tan Yuze loves basketball, and he often plays basketball with his friends during holidays. Once, at the basketball court, Xu Li brought her newly bought art supplies to cheer him on.

She drew Tan Yuze's heroic posture on the court from the sidelines. This painting surprised Tan Yuze and made the two realize that they could draw inspiration from each other's interests.

Afterwards, Tan Yuze would introduce stories of basketball stars to Xu Li, and Xu Li would draw cartoon images of these stars. They shared their stories with each other, expanding their knowledge and horizons.

Xu Li's grandparents doted on her, and they shared memories of the past, especially her grandfather's early painting experiences and interesting stories from his field trips. These stories inspired Xu Li's creative inspiration.

Grandma taught Xu Li some traditional handicrafts, such as weaving and paper cutting, integrating traditional culture into Xu Li's painting creations, making her works more profound.

Xu Li also accompanies her grandparents to the park for walks, listens to their stories about the neighborhood, and appreciates the beauty of life.

Good times always come to an end. Soon, the holiday will be coming to a close and school will start again.

Tan Yuze and Xu Li felt the tension of the second year of high school at the beginning of the new semester.

Teacher Cao stood on the podium, her gaze sweeping over each student, her tone steady and serious: "We're in our second year of high school this year, so study hard."

These words were like a bombshell, exploding in the classroom and instantly putting the students, who were still enjoying the lazy atmosphere of the holidays, on edge.

The classroom quickly quieted down, while outside the window, it resembled a grand white banquet. Tan Yuze and Xu Li exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with determination.

Tan Yuze's lips curled up slightly, revealing a confident smile, as if to say, "I'm ready."

Xu Li nodded slightly, a hint of composure in her eyes. She knew this would be a tough battle, but she wouldn't back down. In the days that followed, a tense and oppressive atmosphere permeated the entire class.

Every morning, just as dawn breaks, students arrive at the classroom one after another. The classroom lights gradually come on, and the desks are piled high with various review materials and exercise books.

Everyone was engrossed in their studies; the only sounds were the turning of pages and the scratching of pens on paper. Tan Yuze arrived at school half an hour early every morning.

He sat by the window, sunlight streaming through the glass and casting a warm glow on him. He munched on his bread while opening his math textbook, beginning to review the difficult problems he hadn't understood the previous day.

Before him lay sheets of scratch paper filled with solutions, the dense numbers and symbols seeming to challenge him. But Tan Yuze was undeterred. Each time he solved a problem, he would excitedly put a big checkmark on the scratch paper and then move on to the next challenge.

Xu Li sat in front of Tan Yuze, a thick Chinese language tutoring book in front of her. Her eyes were focused on the book, and her pen moved quickly across the paper, jotting down key knowledge points and example sentences.

Her handwriting was neat and elegant, just like her personality—calm and reserved. Occasionally, she would look up at the window, take a deep breath, and then bury herself in her studies again.

Mr. Cao arrives at the classroom early every day, always carrying a steaming cup of tea. He will walk around the classroom to check on the students' learning progress.

Whenever a student raises their hand to solve a problem, he immediately goes over and patiently explains it to them. His voice is gentle yet powerful, always giving his students confidence and courage.

As time went on, the pace of the exams quickened. Every so often, the class would have a mock exam. Before each exam, the students would study nervously and encourage each other.

During the exam, the classroom was completely silent, save for the ticking of the clock. After the exam, everyone gathered around the bulletin board, eagerly checking their scores.

Some were happy, some were sad, but no matter the outcome, everyone comforted each other, analyzed their mistakes together, and worked together to improve. Once, Tan Yuze did not perform well in a mock exam in mathematics.

When he saw his results, his mood plummeted. He sat in his seat, holding his head in his hands, filled with self-doubt and disappointment.

Seeing his state, Xu Li gently walked to his side and patted him on the shoulder: "Don't be discouraged. If you didn't do well this time, let's work hard together next time." Tan Yuze looked up and saw Xu Li's encouraging eyes, and the gloom in his heart gradually dissipated.

He took a deep breath, nodded, picked up his pen again, and began to carefully analyze the mistakes on the test paper. His Chinese composition scores had always been less than ideal, and he would lose a lot of points in every exam.

He tried reading more excellent essays and learning other people's writing techniques, but with little success. Teacher Cao noticed Tan Yuze's situation and took the initiative to talk to him.

He encouraged Tan Yuze: "Writing is not something that can be accomplished overnight. You need to observe life more, accumulate more material, and you will gradually make progress."

With encouragement from Teacher Cao, Tan Yuze cheered himself up and began writing a diary in his spare time to record the little things in his life. Gradually, his writing skills improved significantly.

In this intense academic life, there are occasional moments of relaxation. During breaks between classes, students temporarily put down their studies, stretch, and chat with their deskmates to relieve stress.

Sometimes, Xu Li would take a piece of candy from her desk and hand it to Tan Yuze: "Here, have a piece of candy and relax."

Tan Yuze would always smile as he accepted the candy, unwrap it, put it in his mouth, and then the two of them would look out the window at the blue sky and white clouds, silently enjoying this brief moment of tranquility.

Physical education class is one of the most anticipated classes for students. After a period of intense study, being able to run, jump, and sweat it out on the playground is undoubtedly a great way to relax.

Tan Yuze was always the most active in physical education class. He led his classmates in playing basketball. Everyone ran, passed, and shot on the court, and laughter echoed throughout the playground.

Although Xu Li wasn't very athletic, she would sit on the sidelines and cheer for Tan Yuze and the other students. Her cheers were crisp and powerful, making the students on the court even more excited.

In the blink of an eye, the first half of the second year of high school has passed. During this time, the students have experienced a lot, including laughter, tears, setbacks, and growth.

At the class summary meeting, Teacher Cao affirmed the students' efforts and progress, while also pointing out existing problems and shortcomings. He encouraged everyone to keep up the good work and achieve even better results in the second half of the semester.

After reflecting on the first half of the semester, Tan Yuze and Xu Li are full of confidence for the future. They know that many challenges await them, but they are prepared.

Tan Yuze remains as positive and optimistic as ever, firmly believing that as long as he perseveres, he will definitely achieve his goals. Xu Li, on the other hand, is more composed and calm. She will silently support Tan Yuze from behind, while also continuously improving herself to make full preparations for the college entrance examination.

In this new semester full of challenges and opportunities, Tan Yuze, Xu Li, and their classmates are going all out and forging ahead towards their goal of taking the college entrance examination.

As the days went by, the atmosphere of tension in the second year of high school grew stronger. Every morning, before dawn, the students were already sitting in the classroom, beginning their day of learning.

Tan Yuze and Xu Li were no exception; they arrived at school early and began reviewing the previous day's material. A tense atmosphere filled the classroom, everyone focused intently on their studies, afraid of falling behind.

Tan Yuze consistently excelled in math, but his Chinese language skills always lagged behind. To improve his Chinese, he began reading extensively outside of class, accumulating vocabulary and writing material.

Every night, he would spend an hour reading classic literary works and then write down his thoughts and insights in his notebook.

Xu Li provided him with a lot of help in Chinese language and literature. She would patiently explain writing techniques to him and share her reading experiences.

Tan Yuze's Chinese language scores gradually improved with her help, for which he was very grateful. Xu Li's English scores were always excellent, but her physics scores were consistently less than ideal.

To help her improve her physics grades, Tan Yuze offered to study physics together. Every afternoon after school, they would stay in the classroom to do physics exercises together and discuss difficult problems.

Tan Yuze would explain complex physics concepts to Xu Li in simple and easy-to-understand language, and Xu Li would listen attentively and take notes on the important knowledge points.

With Tan Yuze's help, Xu Li's physics grades have also improved significantly. Amidst their busy study schedules, Tan Yuze and Xu Li also find time to relax.

During breaks between classes, they would go out of the classroom together to get some fresh air. Sometimes, they would go for a walk on the school playground, chat, and relieve the pressure of studying.

On the playground, they could see other students running and playing basketball, and the vibrant scene made them feel relaxed and happy.

During a break between classes, Tan Yuze and Xu Li went to the playground. The sunlight shone on them, warm and comforting. They found a large locust tree, sat in its shade, and enjoyed this brief moment of tranquility.

Tan Yuze took a comic book out of his bag and handed it to Xu Li: "Look at this, I just bought it, it's hilarious."

Xu Li took the comic book, flipped through it, and couldn't help but laugh. The comical characters and funny plots made her forget the pressure of studying and lightened her mood.

Seeing Xu Li's happy smile, Tan Yuze was also very happy. He knew that although the second year of high school was tough, as long as they had this friendship, they could persevere.

They supported and encouraged each other, facing future challenges together. Just then, familiar music came over the school's loudspeaker—the daily break music played to help students relax during recess.

Tan Yuze and Xu Li swayed gently to the rhythm of the music, savoring this rare moment of relaxation. The music seemed to transport them to another world, far removed from the tension and pressure of their second year of high school.

When the music ended, the principal's voice came over the loudspeaker: "Students, although high school life is intense, you must also pay attention to balancing work and rest."

"I hope that while you are studying hard, you will also maintain a good mindset and a healthy body. Believe in yourselves, you are the best!" Tan Yuze and Xu Li nodded to each other, their faces showing firm smiles.

They knew that as long as they worked hard, they would definitely be able to realize their dreams. As the semester progressed, the frequency of mock exams increased.

Before each exam, the atmosphere in the classroom was exceptionally tense. Students studied diligently, striving for excellent results. On the day of the exam, the classroom was completely silent, save for the ticking of the clock and the students' breathing.

Everyone was completely focused on the test questions, afraid of missing a single detail. After the exam, students would gather around the bulletin board, eagerly checking their scores.

Some were happy, some were sad, but no matter the outcome, everyone comforted each other, analyzed their mistakes together, and made progress together. Tan Yuze and Xu Li would discuss their mistakes together after each exam, learning from each other and improving together.

Once, after the results of a mock exam were released, Tan Yuze's math score was not ideal, and his mood plummeted. Seeing his state, Xu Li gently walked over to him and patted him on the shoulder: "Don't be discouraged, if you didn't do well this time, try harder next time."

Tan Yuze looked up and saw Xu Li's encouraging gaze; the gloom in his heart gradually dissipated. He took a deep breath, nodded, picked up his pen again, and began to carefully analyze the wrong questions on the test paper.

To improve his grades, Tan Yuze developed a detailed study plan. He spent extra time reviewing math every day and doing a lot of practice problems.

He also proactively sought help from teachers and classmates to resolve problems he didn't understand. After a period of hard work, his math scores gradually improved, and he achieved good results in the next mock exam.

With Tan Yuze's help, Xu Li's physics grades also improved significantly. She began to develop an interest in physics and no longer found it so boring and difficult.

In every physics class, she listened attentively and actively answered questions. Her efforts were recognized and praised by the teacher. Throughout this process, Ms. Cao paid close attention to every student in the class.

He constantly reminds everyone to maintain a positive attitude and not let the pressure overwhelm them. He frequently talks to students to understand their studies and lives, offering them encouragement and support.

One day after school, Teacher Cao called Tan Yuze and Xu Li to his office. He looked at them with a smile and said, "You two have been doing very well lately. You've made progress in your studies and you're also helping each other, which is excellent."

However, you must not be complacent. You must continue to work hard and strive for even better results in the college entrance examination. Teacher Cao's words greatly encouraged them, and they all expressed that they would continue to work hard and live up to their teacher's expectations.

As the college entrance examination approaches, students' enthusiasm for learning is growing stronger. Every morning, classrooms are brightly lit and filled with the sound of reading; late at night, many students are still studying hard in the library.

Tan Yuze and Xu Li also worked hard in this wave of learning, knowing that this was one of the most important moments in their lives.
