Take a day off
I suffer from insomnia every day and am not in a good state. I have written more than 2,800 words so far, but I feel confused and talking in circles. In order to ensure quality, I have deleted it to only 400 words.
I definitely can't finish writing now. I'm finally sleepy, so I'll take a day off to rest...
