"Woof woof woof"
"Shh! Don't make noise." The childish voice was as clear as the morning dew. He lowered his throat and spoke seriously, as if he was negotiating with a puppy.
"Awooo~" The puppy looks only a few months old, with snow-white fur, drooping ears, and eyes full of curiosity.
By the light of the moon, "click."
"How did you get up here?" Cheng Yu pointed the gun at his temple.
Cheng Yu peered through the darkness, slightly tilted his head, and looked expressionlessly at the C-34 that suddenly appeared in his room.
"Dad, I miss you." C-34's voice was clear. Although he was being held at gunpoint, he did not show any fear.
Not as dirty as when we first met, C-34 was wearing a set of kitten pajamas and had the same orange scent as Cheng Yu.
The young face was a little pale, but the small body was standing straight.
Those big eyes were filled with anticipation in the darkness, forming a strange contrast with the gun in his hand.
"......" Cheng Yu's eyes became even colder when he heard this.
He was silent for a moment, then he grasped the child's collar with one hand, lifted him up, and walked to the balcony. The cold wind blew in and the moonlight shone on the two of them.
C-34's legs swung in the air, but he did not struggle, just stared at Cheng Yu firmly.
Want to throw him out.
Being woken up is annoying.
"Go back." Cheng Yu said coldly, with a hint of murderous intent in his tone.
C-34 was also stubborn, "I won't! If you don't like me, just throw me away." He let Cheng Yu pinch his collar with his hands crossed.
Cheng Yu narrowed his eyes and looked at the stubborn kid in front of him who was so ignorant of the immensity of the world. He tightened the strength in his hands slightly.
The night wind blew by, and a hint of coldness appeared in his eyes, but he did not really let go and throw the C-34 down.
"Last chance, get out of here."
His voice was low, carrying an unquestionable pressure, and as cold as a knife cutting through the face.
C-34, however, seemed not to understand. Instead, she stretched out her small hand and grabbed Cheng Yu's sleeve. The force was not strong, but it was impossible to ignore. "I know you won't."
Cheng Yu was stunned when he heard this, and then his frown deepened. He wanted to sneer, "Don't be so sentimental," but those stubborn big eyes stared straight at him, and he couldn't speak for a moment.
"What do you want?" His tone was full of impatience; he hated trouble.
C-34 still didn't let go. His voice was not loud, but it was clear enough to be ignored: "Daddy, I want to sleep with you."
This sentence made Cheng Yu freeze in his tracks. He raised his eyebrows, wondering if he had heard it wrongly. "What did you say?"
"I...can't sleep." C-34 repeated in a low voice, and a cautious expression finally appeared on his face.
He spoke quickly, as if afraid Cheng Yu wouldn't give him a chance to finish. "I had a nightmare. I dreamed that you didn't want me anymore, so I climbed up by myself... Dad, I'm very good and won't move."
He raised his other little hand and solemnly swore with three fingers, his childish face full of seriousness.
I don’t know if it’s because of the moonlight, but C-34’s little face looks particularly white, and his eyes are a little red because of the cold wind, but his purple eyes are clear and bright.
Cheng Yu casually threw him aside and said, "I'm sleepy, don't bother me."
After saying that, he walked back without paying any attention to him.
C-34 patted his clothes. He was thrown on the carpet, and the thick carpet didn't hurt at all.
"Thank you, Dad." The room was warm. C-34 did not dare to climb onto the bed. He just tiptoed to the sofa and lay down.
As expected, only dad's place smells good. I use the same shower gel as dad, but it's not as good as his.
C-34 lay on the sofa, closed his eyes, and tried to fall asleep. The room was quiet, with only the occasional sound of wind coming from outside the window.
His heart was unusually calm, as he could finally be close to his father.
Soon, the breathing gradually slowed down.
Cheng Yu, who was lying on the bed, opened his eyes and looked at the person curled up on the sofa.
He didn't seem to be sleeping peacefully, his brows were slightly furrowed, he trembled slightly occasionally, his lips were slightly open, and he seemed to be muttering something under his breath.
I couldn't hear it clearly, but I could vaguely hear the words "no, no..."
Cheng Yu turned his head and stared silently at the bright moon outside the window. The moonlight sprinkled on the floor, casting mottled shadows.
I can't sleep.
He reached out and gently picked up the cup on the bedside table, took a sip of water, and suppressed the irritation in his heart.
He threw the blanket aside and opened the bathroom door to the other room.
She skillfully snuggled into the familiar embrace and fell asleep contentedly holding the alpha's arm.
*
The next morning, the sunlight streamed into the room through the gaps in the curtains, and the air was filled with a fresh scent.
Bai Yan kissed his wife on the forehead. He knew yesterday that Cheng Yu had returned, but he was afraid that Cheng Yu would go back on her word, so he pretended not to know.
It turned out that he couldn't bear to part with his orange.
Cheng Yu half-closed his eyes, his eyelids slightly heavy, the sleepiness from last night had not completely dissipated. He glanced at Bai Yan and closed his eyes again.
Bai Yan gently placed Cheng Yu's head on the pillow, the corners of his mouth slightly raised, with a hint of doting in his eyes.
As soon as he walked into the bathroom, he heard a noise coming from next door. Bai Yan took out a gun from the closet and opened another door.
"Dad?" C-34 thought it was Cheng Yu who came back, and turned around to meet Bai Yan's wary eyes.
The joy in the purple eyes immediately dimmed as if a bucket of cold water was poured on them.
