Ace hugged Theo desperately, unable to hold back his tears any longer.
Slov squatted beside Ace with a distressed look on his face, closed his eyes tightly, and tried hard to suppress the surging emotions in his heart.
There was definitely some sadness, and spending the past few days with Theo, it was like he was seeing his past self.
With red eyes, Slov raised his hand and gently stroked Theo's face, but found that familiar pale face, which made his heart ache.
"Slov..." Ace trembled, his voice as hoarse as a mosquito, "He... How could he just leave like this... Obviously..."
Slov knew what he was going to say. He was obviously still so young, so small that Slov could let him sit on his shoulders effortlessly, and so small that his eyes still sparkled with curiosity about the world.
He put his arm around Ace's shoulders and said, "Ace, let's send him away. Perhaps God feels that he has suffered enough."
Ace held Theo tightly in his arms, feeling the already cold body one last time.
After a moment, he gently placed Theo on the bed and kissed his forehead, his eyes filled with sorrow.
After wiping the blood off Theo's body, Slov walked aside, silently found some clean cloth, helped clean the blood off Theo's body, and gently wiped his face, which had lost its temperature, with the cloth.
Slov held Ace in his arms and comforted him softly: "Ace, Theo will not be alone. He will live in our hearts forever."
Ace nodded slightly, wiped away his tears, and raised his head firmly: "Yes, he won't be alone."

The morning mist by the lake had not yet dissipated, and the morning light shone on the walls of the hospital. The air was filled with a cool breath, as if even time had frozen.
The Chinese tallow tree forest behind the hospital swayed its branches and leaves, and the gentle breeze blew through it, making a low murmur.
Ace and Slov buried Theo here.
Ace half-knelt in front of Theo's grave, staring quietly at the soil, his eyes full of sorrow and memories.
"Theo..." Ace's voice sounded softly, as if whispering to the earth.
He gently stroked the tallow tree, as if he could feel the smile that Theo once had.
Slov stood aside and watched silently.
The sunlight shines through the branches and leaves, onto the tombstone, casting mottled light and shadows.
The simple words read: "Theo Bright, forever in our hearts."
Ace said softly, "You are my family. You have a family now. I will not let that beast defile your home."
This is still Slovti's. Originally, Ace only wanted to engrave Theo's name on it, and leave the last name blank.
But Slov said that his soul would find no place to go.
I discussed it with Chrisel and he agreed.
Although Theo still has a relative like him in this world, after all, Chrisel only met Theo shortly after he was born. In Theo's short life, he may not be as important as Ace.
Under the tallow tree forest, the wind blew gently, and the fallen leaves slowly fell along Ace's arms...

Three days later, night fell and darkness quietly covered the entire manor. The moonlight shone through the thin clouds, casting faint light and shadows. The shadows of the trees swayed, and the wind hummed softly, exuding a sense of desolation and loneliness.
The faint roar of the battleship's engine broke the silence of the night and gradually approached the manor.
Bai Yan looked through the glass at the distant manor with a distant gaze.
"We're back." Bai Yan murmured to himself, with a hint of emotion in his voice.
Cheng Yu nodded gently, the breeze blowing his hair, revealing a faint smile: "Yes, I'm back."
The battleship landed steadily, and its huge hull made the manor look even smaller.
Bai Yan was the first to step down the gangway, followed closely by Cheng Yu. The air was filled with a long-lost familiar scent.
Cheng Luo and Lu Yuqing were already waiting, and everything was ready.
The Bai Lishu laboratory sent a machine that can independently provide energy to the suspension cabin.
The two men brought the machine onto the battleship.
"Let me check first." Bai Lishu lowered his voice, trying not to wake up the sleeping Bai Qinghan.
Only after the warship confirmed that it had entered the orbit of Chenmeng Star did Bai Qinghan relax his tense body a little and sleep for a while.
Bai Lishu checked the machine to make sure there were no problems before connecting the suspension cabin's backup power transmission line to the machine.
After debugging for a while, the cable connecting to the battleship was unplugged after the vital signs display screen was operating normally.
"The system is normal." Bai Lishu's tone was a little more relaxed.
Bai Qinghan slowly opened his eyes and stared at the warship and hovercraft in front of him.
The corners of his mouth curled up slightly, and his cold, slender fingertips pinched the bridge of his nose, muttering to himself: "Finally I'm back."
Bai Qinghan slowly stood up, walked slowly to the suspension cabin, and reached out to touch the transparent wall.
"We're home." His tone was filled with long-lost tenderness, and there seemed to be stars twinkling in his eyes.

At the gate of the manor, Lottie was already standing there looking around, her eyes red. She didn't dare to follow him for fear of getting in the way.
When she learned from Lu Yuqing that Li Qingzhu was still alive and was about to come back, she was extremely excited.
She lived in this home when Bai Qinghan was still young, watching the two of them meet, get to know each other, fall in love, and start a family together.
"I'm back, I'm back." I'm really back.
From a distance, she saw Bai Qinghan's figure. Fortunately, fortunately...
Lottie murmured softly, a crystal tear sliding down the corner of her eye.
I once thought that I would never see Li Qingzhu again, and would never see Bai Qinghan’s smile again.
Even though Bai Qinghan smiles gently at Bai Luoqi at home, anyone who has seen his true smile will know that
