Love and Love Extra - Equal Love 12

Abandoned dock in the eastern suburbs of the city.

The night wind was mixed with the salty smell of sea water, and the cold waves hit the dock, making a low sound.

The dock was filled with rusty containers, and the surrounding lights were dim, with only a few searchlights occasionally shining through the dark corners.

Li Qingzhu was wearing a tight black combat suit, with a dagger and a pulse gun hanging around his waist, a silent high-energy sniper rifle slung across his shoulder, and a micro communicator tied to his wrist.

His steps were light and silent, like a cheetah in the dark.

Li Qingzhu squatted on the top of an abandoned building in the distance, observing the terrain of the abandoned dock through tactical glasses.

Searchlights flashed occasionally, illuminating the camouflaged figures of snipers.

He silently marked the position of each sniper, with a slight smile on his face.

Adjusting his breathing, he picked up the sniper rifle and locked the crosshairs on the first target.

The sniper in the distance was concentrating on observing the surroundings of the dock, completely unaware of the approach of death.

Li Qingzhu pulled the trigger, the silent bullet shot out rapidly, and the target fell down.

With five slight sounds of air flow, the five snipers outside the dock all lost their ability to move.

Li Qingzhu slid down from the building and moved deftly between the containers.

"Arnold, countdown is thirty seconds, cut off the surveillance." Li Qingzhu ordered in a low voice.

Taking advantage of a gap in cargo transportation, he quickly stuck two bombs on the wall of the command center, and then quietly retreated to a safe location.

Arnold responded immediately and remotely hacked into the other party's surveillance system, turning the screen into a snowflake.

Li Qingzhu retreated to the high ground left by the sniper and observed the command center coldly.

"Ten seconds, nine seconds..." As the countdown reached zero, a deafening explosion resounded throughout the dock, flames shot into the sky, and the command center was reduced to ruins in an instant.

The explosion caused chaos and the Black Scythe members fled in all directions.

Li Qingzhu took advantage of the smoke to quickly approach a group of members and killed them with a dagger.

His movements were as smooth as flowing water, and every strike was clean and neat.

Soon, the remaining enemies realized that this was no ordinary attack, and they began to organize a counterattack.

However, what they faced was a ghost from hell.

"Bang!" A gunshot rang out, and the last Black Scythe member who tried to escape fell in a pool of blood.

Li Qingzhu stood in front of the command center full of ruins, took out a card with black background and gold letters, wrote the words "Black Scythe is not welcome here", and then inserted the card into the wreckage of the command center.

The night was dark and the wind was biting. The biting chill penetrated the clothes and seemed to strike the bone marrow.

*

When Li Qingzhu returned to the villa, it was already dawn.

He tiptoed into the room. Bai Qinghan was still sleeping. He leaned over and stared at the familiar face.

He reached out and stroked Bai Qinghan's forehead, then stood up and walked to the window.

The morning light poured into the room, and his figure looked particularly slender and lonely in the sunlight.

"Who are you?"

Li Qingzhu was forced to raise her head, and felt a cold touch on the tip of her throat.

"I saved you, that's why I ask who you are?"

Li Qingzhu did not move at all, still maintaining his original posture. His eyes turned slightly and glanced at the fruit knife from his own home that was against his throat.

The blade was cold and sharp, with a cold luster, and the hand holding it was trembling slightly.

"You are seriously injured and still have a fever." His tone was calm, even a little gentle.

Bai Qinghan's breathing quickened for a moment, but he didn't put down the dagger in his hand. He stared at Li Qingzhu with a hawk-like gaze, and said in a low, hoarse voice, "Who are you and why did you save me?"

"Li Qingzhu, you are such a kind-hearted person." He had a faint smile on his face.

Bai Qinghan narrowed his eyes, obviously not satisfied with Li Qingzhu's answer. He exerted a little force with his hand, and the blade moved closer, bringing a slight cold stinging sensation.

"It hurts." Li Qingzhu held his hand and took a breath.

The air seemed to be frozen, and the morning light shone through the gaps in the curtains onto the floor, bringing a hint of coolness.

Those indigo eyes, as dangerous and captivating as the deep sea, now held vigilance and murderous intent.

Still looks so beautiful.

He released his grip on Bai Qinghan's wrist, took a step back slowly, and offered his throat.

Bai Qinghan stared at his face for a while before putting his hand down.

"I'm hungry." He half-lay on the sofa again.

How long has he been unconscious?

Li Qingzhu turned her head slightly and saw Bai Qinghan half leaning on the sofa, one hand supporting her forehead and the other hand casually resting on her knee.

He picked up an apple from the table and peeled it with a knife, his movements skillful and graceful. "Are you hungry?"

"Yeah." Bai Qinghan responded lazily, his eyes still fixed on Li Qingzhu.

Li Qingzhu cut the peeled apple into small pieces, put them on a plate and handed it to him: "Just make do with it for now."

After handing him the plate, Li Qingzhu stood up and walked towards the kitchen.

There are usually few signs of his daily life here, especially in the kitchen. He usually stays in the laboratory.

Li Qingzhu looked at the living room through the glass, and her eyes softened.

What should I do?

I want to possess him so much and don’t want to let him go back.

Li Qingzhu was amused by his own thoughts and shook his head, taking out bread, milk and some eggs from the cupboard.

He skillfully took the pan, lit it, and poured oil in. His movements were so smooth as if he was carrying out a precise study.

When the eggs are put into the pan, there is a slight sizzling sound and the aroma of oil gradually spreads.

I made a simple breakfast, the eggs were fried until golden, the bread was toasted until crispy, and the milk was poured into the cup with a slight white mist.

He placed the plates neatly on the table and headed towards the living room again.

"Eat first, I'll make you something light later." Bai Qinghan was indeed very hungry, so he walked to the dining table and sat down.

Just as he was about to pick up the knife and fork, he pulled the wound on his chest.

Damn it.

A slender hand moved the plate aside.

"Don't move, or the wound will split open." Li Qingzhu smiled and picked up the knife and fork to cut the scrambled egg toast into small portions.

She picked up a piece and held it to his lips.

Bai Qinghan tilted his head and took a bite, his eyebrows slightly raised.

It was surprisingly delicious.

"Your injury looks serious." Li Qingzhu said in a low voice, with a hint of worry in his tone.

Bai Qinghan looked down at the gauze on his body. It must have been wiped and was not sticky at all.

"Then I'll trouble you for some time." During this time, he wanted to catch the rats hiding in the sewers.

Li Qingzhu nodded and stood up. "I'll go clean up."

He hurriedly left the living room and went upstairs.

Bai Qinghan looked at his back. She clearly saw that there was a nanny in his house, didn't she?
