Chapter 200: New Dad Takes the Job (2/2)

Si Yang didn't know whether to laugh or cry, "You're even jealous of your own son?"

"Even my own son can't snatch my wife from me."

"What if it's a girl?"

"Girls are naturally different."

Si Yang glared at him, "Just wait for your oxygen tube to be pulled out in the future!"

"He dares!"

As the couple was interacting with each other, the little boy started to frown and hum, his little head moving from side to side.

Si Yang patted the swaddling clothes gently. "Did he poop? Godmother said that if the baby cries, it means he has poop or he is hungry."

"Let me take a look." Pei Tingyu untied his son's swaddle and then tore off the diapers layer by layer.

“No…ah~”

Before Pei Tingyu could even utter the word "shit", a stream of boy's urine shot up into the sky from the little meat ball and hit his face.

"Cover it quickly..." Si Yang was quick to cover the diaper, thus preventing the little boy from peeing all over himself.

After peeing, the little girl cried even harder...

Aunt Wu, who came in with brown sugar and egg soup, looked at Pei Tingyu who was in a mess, and held back her laughter and told him to go wash first.

She wrapped the little ball up again and stuffed it into Si Yang's quilt, letting Si Yang try to feed the little ball.

The doctor just told me that no matter whether there is milk or not, I should let the baby suck more, so that the milk will come faster.

Mother's love can truly overcome all distractions. After Si Yang asked Aunt Wu to draw the curtain, he began to breastfeed the baby.

Sucking is a child's innate instinct. There is no need to be taught. The little ones can even accurately find the "granary" by following the smell.

Perhaps because of the blockage, Si Yang gasped in pain at first, but it was nothing compared to the pain of childbirth.

Compared to other mothers who only start producing milk a few days after giving birth, Si Yang's milk comes earlier.

The milk I bought before was not used. The little kid fell asleep again after drinking it all over his body with a sweat.

After Si Yang finished feeding his baby, he realized that Pei Tingyu had come in at some point. He felt extremely warm as he watched his son feeding.

"Not jealous anymore?" Si Yang laughed.

Pei Tingyu smiled playfully, "Why are you jealous? I just lent my wife to him temporarily, and he has to return her to me in the end."

Si Yang was too lazy to argue with him, so she asked him to take the little boy away and burp him, and she concentrated on eating.

Pei Tingyu carefully held the little boy upright, but before he started patting him, he spat out a mouthful of milk onto his shoulder.

This little brat peed first and then drank milk, which really made his father depressed.

Finally, I cleaned myself up and changed the swaddling clothes that the little one had spit up milk in. Just when I was about to breathe a sigh of relief, the little one started to poop again.

Just let him poop, and he didn’t poop cleanly in one go. I just changed into a clean diaper, and he pooped again before he could even wrap it warm.

Pei Tingyu said that taking care of a child seemed to be more difficult than leading a regiment to war.

Fortunately, Aunt Wu was there to help and give instructions, teaching Pei Tingyu what to do.

Although Pei Tingyu always complains about his son, he is very patient and tries his best to be a qualified father.

Looking at the pile of diapers in the basin, Si Yang was glad that he accepted the diapers brought by Aunt Wu, otherwise the dozens of diapers she prepared would not be enough.

Sure enough, there are some things that you really need to listen to the advice of the elderly.

While the couple was watching how Aunt Wu was washing the little girl, Deputy Captain Wang and his family in the next bed finally returned to the ward.

Niu Daqin couldn't accept the fact that her daughter had a deformity on her hand, and rushed her to the emergency room in a panic. Fortunately, her health was good and nothing was seriously wrong.

Her emotions, which had finally calmed down, were once again filled with resentment after she learned that Si Yang had given birth to a healthy son.

Thinking of what her mother-in-law said about her, maybe it was really that woman who cursed her and transferred the son that was supposed to be in her belly to Si Yang's belly... This chapter has been read (please click on the next chapter to continue reading!)
