In the backyard of the Prince's mansion, a thrilling final battle was unfolding. Assassins in black appeared like ghosts in every corner, engaging in a final showdown with the guards.
The two sides exchanged blows, their swords flashing, creating a very intense scene.
The guards, wielding longswords, moved with agility and speed, like cheetahs sprinting across the plains. Their eyes were resolute and their gazes piercing, showing no sign of panic in the face of the black-clad assassins' attacks.
Their swordsmanship was sharp, each move brimming with power and skill, leaving viewers in awe.
The assassins in black, however, appeared even more cunning and ruthless. Like a pack of cunning foxes, they launched attacks relentlessly from the shadows, their assaults as fierce as a storm, making them impossible to defend against.
Their figures appeared and disappeared in the darkness, sometimes appearing behind the guards, sometimes launching surprise attacks from the flanks, making them unpredictable.
For a moment, the backyard of the Prince's mansion was filled with an atmosphere of tension and danger.
However, one figure stands out in this decisive battle: Xu Yuehuai.
Wielding a dagger, she moved with lightning speed, weaving among the black-clad assassins. Her eyes were resolute, her gaze piercing; every move she made was executed with full force, each a deadly strike.
Like a cheetah running across the grassland, she fought fiercely against the assassin, her dagger reaping the lives of the black-clad killer.
After a fierce battle, the assassins in black were finally all killed. The guards sheathed their swords, panting heavily, but their eyes were filled with the joy of victory.
Xu Yuehuai stood to the side, her eyes gleaming with a mixture of exhaustion and satisfaction.
After the battle, the backyard returned to peace. Moonlight shone on the ground, making the traces of the battle even clearer.
The guards huddled together, discussing the battle they had just witnessed, marveling at the cunning and ruthlessness of the assassins in black, exchanging their experiences and techniques, and looking forward to the next fight.
Xu Yuehuai stood silently to the side, savoring the battle that had just taken place, her heart filled with satisfaction and pride. Although the decisive battle was fierce, the joy of victory brought immense satisfaction.
The guards, with their courage and wisdom, defeated the assassins in black and protected the safety of the Prince's mansion. This battle became an indelible memory in their hearts, inspiring them to keep moving forward.
Xu Yuehuai breathed a sigh of relief. She knew the battle was over, so she wiped the blood off the dagger in her hand and put it away.
Her face showed signs of exhaustion, but her eyes gleamed with the light of victory.
But when she pushed open the door and entered the house, she found a large patch of blood inside, and she didn't know who had left it.
Could it be that Xia Sen or Qi Hanlin were injured?
Judging by the amount of blood, it's probably a serious injury!
Immediately afterward, Xu Yuehuai's expression changed drastically. She hurriedly said, "Quickly, go find Xia Sen and His Majesty immediately. You must bring them back to me." Her bright eyes flashed with anxiety and tension, which made her look even more sharp and cold.
"Yes, Your subordinate obeys!" The guard immediately sprang into action after receiving the order.
They moved swiftly, heading out from the backyard of the Prince's mansion, searching for Xia Sen and Qi Hanlin in the darkness.
The night was deep, the moonlight hazy, and the stars sparse, shrouding everything in silence. Yet, the guards dared not relax their vigilance; they moved cautiously, afraid of missing even the slightest clue.
They searched all the way, but found that Xia Sen and the others had vanished into thin air without a trace.
They searched everywhere, from streets and alleys to deep forests, but found no trace of it.
"We searched many places, but we couldn't find His Majesty and Young Master Xia at all!"
There are no traces around here!
"It's as if the two of them vanished into thin air!"
The guards were all shocked and nervous. When they returned and reported to Xu Yuehuai, they saw that Xu Yuehuai was pale and her bright eyes were filled with disappointment and helplessness.
She sat there blankly, a hint of doubt and anxiety flashing through her mind.
Where did the two of them go?
Did something bad happen to them?
Xu Yuehua felt a pang of unease. She knew that if anything happened to them, she would never be able to forgive herself. She knew she needed to find them as soon as possible, or the consequences would be unimaginable.
So she immediately summoned all her guards to search for Xia Sen and Qi Hanlin together. The guards sprang into action, once again venturing into the darkness to search for any trace of Xia Sen and Qi Hanlin.
The guards moved through the night like cheetahs, their sharp eyes not missing a single clue.
Finally, they found Xia Sen and Qi Hanlin in a secluded corner. The two lay motionless on the ground. The guards immediately rushed forward to check on them; Xia Sen had a deep wound on his chest, the blood already congealed.
Qi Hanlin, on the other hand, was pale and weak.
"Your Majesty! Young Master Xia!" the guards exclaimed.
They immediately carried the two men back to the palace and summoned a physician. The physician carefully examined their condition, shook his head, and said, "His Majesty and Young Master Xia are both seriously injured."
"What happened to their wounds?" Xu Yuehuai asked anxiously.
The physician carefully examined the wounds and said, "His Majesty's wounds were likely caused by a sharp weapon, while Young Master Xia's wounds were likely caused by a sharp weapon."
"How did they get injured?" Xu Yuehuai asked.
The doctor pondered for a moment and said, "It's hard to say for sure, but what is certain is that their injuries are severe and they need to be treated as soon as possible."
Upon hearing this, Xu Yuehuai felt a surge of anxiety and unease.
She knew that although the battle had been won, the cost was extremely high. She clenched her fists tightly, trying to calm herself down.
"No matter what, we must cure them!" Xu Yuehuai said firmly.
The doctor nodded and immediately began treating the two men. He first cleaned the wounds with water, then bandaged them with ointment and gauze. He then gave them some medication to help relieve their pain.
After some treatment, their breathing gradually stabilized.
Qi Hanlin slowly opened his eyes and looked at Xu Yuehuai, saying, "Sister-in-law, I felt like I was drifting in the dark for a long time."
“Yes, Your Majesty,” Xu Yuehuai said softly, “Those assassins in black must have killed you at the last moment.”
Qi Hanlin nodded slightly. "I can sense their killing intent." He turned to Xia Sen. "Xia Sen, how are you?"
