Hearing this, San Niang was no longer so depressed. After all, what Zhou Wan said made some sense. Once she regained her spirits, San Niang was still very motivated, so she immediately told Zhao Ping to clean up the place.

“Xu Mingzhi and his dog are not allowed in Tianxiang Tower. Oh, and Xu Jingui too.” Zhou Wan said, then gestured to her second and third brothers with her eyes, telling them to stop him or better yet, to get rid of him.

Xu Mingzhi was so angry he almost lost his temper. Tie Xiong wasn't afraid of him at all.
He immediately retorted angrily, "I am an official of the imperial court, how dare you disregard me! Do you disregard the Emperor himself?"
The Duke of Zhenguo had already heard the commotion outside, but he simply didn't want to get involved. However, after hearing Xu Mingzhi's words, he came out with a dignified expression: "They can't lay a hand on you, but I can."
