Hearing the soldiers shouting and relentlessly chasing him, Xia Sen quickly darted into a nearby alley, weaving and twisting, trying to shake them off.
However, the soldiers were more familiar with the area than he was, and they immediately circled around to the road ahead, chasing after him.
After being attacked from both sides, Xia Sen was quickly captured by the soldiers.

When he went back to find Xu Yuehuai, the steamed buns had warmed up a bit. He smiled happily, took out the steamed buns, and walked inside.
However, when Xia Sen entered the dilapidated courtyard, he found that Xu Yuehuai was not there at all. He became anxious and searched the surrounding area, but still could not find any trace of her.
"Sister, where did you go? Don't scare me, come out quickly."

Xia Sen spoke simply to the young lady.
