Shangguan Xi made no attempt to hide her disdain as she looked at Nangong Yu. "Can't you be normal for once? If you're really freezing, can't you use your spiritual power to warm yourself up? Look at you, your snot is dripping down your nose, it's disgusting!"
Shangguan Xi lowered her voice and spoke, and everyone around her heard it. She was worried that her voice was too loud and that the people she was looking for would leave.
Upon hearing Shangguan Xi's words, Nangong Yu quickly reached out and touched his nose, and sure enough, something disgusting and sticky fell out.
He wiped himself clean with a handkerchief and continued walking forward. "No, don't you guys really think it's very cold in here? I'm frozen like this, and I've already used my spiritual power. The people at the scene changed their expressions drastically when they heard that some of them had already gone up the back mountain. They looked like a storm was brewing. "Do you know how dangerous the back mountain is? How long have they been up there? Go after them and make them come down!"
"It's been two hours," Baili Xiuwen said, his expression not looking too good.
A moment of silence fell over everyone. There were seven people surrounding them, and all of them looked grim. "They're not coming back. You can start preparing for their funerals."
"Old man! You son of a bitch! Stop talking nonsense here! What do you mean you can't come back? Who can't come back?!" Nangong Yu cursed directly. He usually had a gentle image and was humble and polite to others. The fact that he was allowed to use foul language now showed how angry he was.
The others were also unwilling to believe it, and everyone's faces were grim. "What exactly is on that mountain? Why did they go there and not come back? What happened?"
Baili Xiuwen asked all the questions that everyone wanted to know at once.

After entering, they, like Xu Yuehuai and the others, experienced the disdain and expulsion of the demon race. They came here and chose a house that was deserted, easy to defend, difficult to attack, and also secluded.
Cheng Chi, the leader, guessed that this place was dangerous, so he led them to try to leave.
The two youngest members of the team wanted to go up the back mountain to take a look. They had learned some information from the innkeeper, so they made this decision.
Cheng Chi wanted everyone to go up, but the young man said, "The dangers on this mountain are still unknown, and the risk of going up together is too great."
These words successfully stopped Cheng Chi and the others from their thoughts. They only reminded them before they set off: "Be extra careful on the way there. If you notice anything amiss, come back immediately."
