The rage that flashed across Barlow's eyes was like a raging storm. His eyes were deep, like a thousand-foot cliff. The murderous aura emanating from his body seemed to be able to destroy everything around him. The words "revenge for Mu Qing" were almost squeezed out from between his teeth, word by word, so loud that each word shook Luo Youyou's heart, causing a fear to surge from the bottom of her heart.
This is Barlow, this is the real Barlow, that domineering aura that intimidates the fifth-dimensional world, and an angry look that can scare people to death.
"Aren't you going?" Luo Youyou asked tremblingly. Her trembling voice betrayed her fear at the moment. She didn't expect that one day she would be so scared when her biological father stood in front of her.
"I can't go." Barlow noticed that Luo Youyou was a little scared, and he regained his gentleness, his eyes softened, and his voice was full of love. The box was carved from wood, and the corners had been smoothed. Barlow placed the box on the bed and said, "Inside is Cain's left hand. Only you and I can open it. It contains the secrets of the world, and perhaps we can find a way to resurrect Mu Qing."
"Then let's take a look." Luo Youyou sat up suddenly, but he got up too quickly and suddenly felt dizzy.
"What a child! Lie down quickly." Barlow laughed, pushed her onto the bed, and covered her with the quilt again. "No one else can see the secret in here. Only Cain can see it, and only he can understand it."

When she met Yuri and Langbai, Luo Youyou thought they were the most handsome men. However, if Yuri and Langbai stood in front of Barlow, the two of them combined could not compare to him in any way, and they were instantly eclipsed.
"Don't believe the legend." Barlow pinched Luo Youyou's nose. "Cain is the second vampire, and he is from a branch of the bloodline."
"What!!!?" Luo Youyou's eyes widened, as if another bombshell had exploded on her head. Cain was actually just a side branch! The Blood Father that the vampires respected, the Blood Father that they loved and feared like a god, was actually the side branch that they despised the most.
Barlow laughed again, looked at Luo Youyou who felt as if struck by lightning, and shook his head helplessly.
"Is there anything else I don't know? Tell me." Luo Youyou tugged at Barlow's clothes and said coquettishly. It turned out that being coquettish with her father felt so good that it actually diluted the pain of losing her mother.
"For some things, you have to find the answers by yourself. Only after experiencing them can you truly grow up. You are the princess who dominates all dark forces. You must be strong enough, understand?" Barlow's voice was soft and earnest, just like a father who is educating his child, a father no different from a human being.
Luo Youyou curled her lips, somewhat unwillingly, but she also knew that Barlow was right. Growth without experiencing hardship was vulnerable. Even a demon as powerful as Barlow still had enemies he couldn't deal with, such as those who trapped him in the underworld, let alone himself.

Barlow was stunned for a moment, then smiled with relief. His daughter, his and Mu Qing's daughter, had grown up so resilient without him noticing.
I had a very long dream. The Fengshan in the dream was still as beautiful as before, with birds singing, flowers blooming, springs gurgling, and a soft breeze blowing through the woods, mixed with the fragrance of flowers and grass.
