Before the morning mist in the mountains had dissipated, Shen Yi'an's RV had already quietly stopped under a big tree at the edge of the film set.
Sunlight filtered through the leaves and fell on the black car body, making the gold-plated "Starry Entertainment" logo on it even more dazzling.
Shen Yi'an urged Yan Fei to bring the RV over early in the morning.
Yan Fei sipped his soy milk and looked at the busy staff in the distance.
Sitting to the side, Shen Yi'an slowly unpacked the takeout box. As the steam from the xiaolongbao slowly dissipated into the air, he suddenly said, "I probably can't film today."

They sat in silence until Yan Fei finally couldn't take it anymore and made an excuse to run away.
The sunlight moved slowly until it shone on the tips of Shen Yi'an's shoes, at which point he snapped out of his daze as if he had been burned.
The heat on set visibly distorted the air, and the makeshift pet shed not far away resembled a makeshift steamer. Shen Yi'an felt inexplicably uneasy, and when he got closer, the pets' condition was even more shocking!
A Pomeranian's curly fur was matted with sweat, while a Golden Retriever below it lay sprawled in its cage, its tongue lolling out.
In the furthest corner of the cage, the calico cat that had once given him a "kick that would cut off his offspring" was desperately scratching at the wire mesh door with its front paws.

Sanhua's panting sounded like a broken bellows, so Shen Yi'an quickly opened the carrier and took it out.

A female staff member, covered in sweat and panting, came running over. "Oh no, the air conditioner here is out of power!"
Another worker shouted, "The generator is almost fixed, in five minutes..."

Shen Yi'an reached out as if possessed, but stopped just before touching the pink paw pad. He took out his phone and started taking pictures from various angles.
It was an unknown amount of time before Yun Jin finally regained consciousness.
The first thing she saw when she opened her eyes was Shen Yi'an laughing like a lovesick fool, patting her repeatedly.
The man and the cat stared at each other for a while, then Shen Yi'an coughed awkwardly and put his phone away expressionlessly.
Yun Jin stared intently at this presumptuous human.
Shen Yi'an looked away guiltily, then bent down, unscrewed a bottle of mineral water, poured some into the cap, and Yun Jin drank it in two gulps.
Seeing that this wasn't a solution, Shen Yi'an took out a black porcelain cup from the cabinet: "Never mind, I'll give you this cup."
After filling the container with water, Yun Jin drank it in large gulps, her pink tongue curled into a small spoon shape as she eagerly scooped the water. She would stop to catch her breath every few licks, and tiny water droplets clung to her wet beard.
Looking up, I was met with Shen Yi'an's smiling eyes. His eyes were very beautiful, with a beauty mark under his left eye. Sunlight pierced through his eyelashes, casting fine shadows on his pale skin.
He's kind of handsome. Yun Jin secretly glanced at Shen Yi'an through the reflection in the water.
"Knock knock".
At that moment, a knocking sound came from outside the RV door.
This aura belongs to Yun Chen! Yun Jin's ears perked up instantly.
"Yun...no, is Xiaoyun here?" Yun Chen was panting heavily, his hair sticking messily to his sweaty forehead.
“Yes.” Shen Yi’an stepped aside, revealing the brocade on the table. “Come in and rest for a while; it’s cooler inside.”
"Thank you." Yun Chen went straight up and picked up Yun Jin, looking at her with great concern.

Sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting dappled patterns on his face and obscuring the unreadable expression in his eyes. "It wasn't anything special, I just happened to save it twice."
Yun Chen took the water bottle, his hand tightening slightly on the cool surface.
She lowered her eyes and looked at Yun Jin with a look that said, "You're hiding something from me."
Sensing her sister's "deadly" gaze, Yun Jin immediately rolled over, revealing her snow-white, soft belly, adorned with several adorable spots.
Yun Jin tilted her head, looking even cuter. Her beautiful heterochromatic eyes slowly grew larger, and her little mouth made a sweet "meow" sound. The tip of her fluffy tail swayed gently, as if she intended to use her cuteness to make Yun Chen give in.
Yun Chen finally smiled helplessly.
The subtle sound of the air conditioner running was exceptionally clear in the silence.
"Don't be so surprised, I was just saying it offhand." Shen Yi'an was a little confused by their strange reaction.
Shen Yi'an maintained a polite smile and opened the refrigerator door. "What would you like to eat?"
"No need, thank you so much, Teacher Shen, for saving her twice. Let's go wait for the filming first." Yun Chen took a half step back without making a sound, his back almost touching the car door.
The heat outside the window distorted the air, and a few cicadas chirped in the distant trees.

The air inside the RV seemed to freeze for a moment.

Yun Chen nodded, picked up Yun Jin, turned around and opened the car door.
The moment the car door opened, a wave of scorching heat rushed in like a tide. The filming location was empty, and the staff had all taken refuge in the temporary sunshade.
The scorching sun baked the ground until it was burning hot, so the two sisters found a secluded shady spot under a tree.
"Sis, what happened between you and him?" Yun Chen asked in a low voice.
Yun Jin twitched her ears, looked around warily, and then responded softly.
"The first time was when you were discussing the contract. A teddy bear came and tried to bite me, but I dealt with it. He just happened to be passing by at that time."
"The second time was when I was locked in the airline crate and was about to suffer from heatstroke. He opened the crate and took me to a place with air conditioning."
A hot wind swirled sand and dust around their feet, and a withered leaf brushed against Yun Jin's hand before being carried away by the wind.
"It's nothing, it's all trivial," Yun Jin said softly, the tip of her tail lightly brushing against her sister's hand. "On the contrary, why are you angry?"
Yun Chen's breathing became noticeably rapid: "I'm just being cautious. Even if he didn't intend to, if some busybody sees it and takes a picture, it'll be hard to explain."

Yun Jin swallowed back the words she hadn't said.
"What are you all doing standing here?" Liu Li's voice suddenly rang out. "Go to the shed, it's cool there."
The sudden sound made the two sisters tremble at the same time, and Yun Chen instinctively hugged Yun Jin tightly.

"Why does Xiaoyun look so listless?" She held out her finger. "Could she have heatstroke?"
Yun Jin immediately perked up her ears and meowed, pretending to be alert.
"The filming location was a complete mess today. The air conditioner in the pet shed wasn't working. Luckily, Teacher Shen noticed it, otherwise I don't know what would have happened." Liu Li patted Yun Jin's head.
"Oh, didn't Teacher Shen let you rest in his car? He has a very big RV." Liu Li stepped forward and lowered her voice.
Yun Chen's hand tightened slightly among Yun Jin's fur, but his face remained expressionless: "Ah, I didn't see Teacher Shen."
"It's right there, that black car with a gold logo on the front," Liu Li pointed to the RV not far away.
Yun Chen looked in the direction she was pointing and squinted his eyes: "Oh, it's this car."
Her voice deliberately carried a hint of amazement, "What a huge RV! It must be very expensive!"
Yun Jin suddenly stretched out her paw, and her pink paw gently rested on Liu Li's wrist. This unexpected act of intimacy made Liu Li's eyes light up, and she took the opportunity to hug Yun Jin into her arms.
The nauseating perfume scent immediately enveloped Yun Jin, who forced herself to suppress the urge to sneeze and instead acted cute.
