Ling Huanwu clenched her fists, about to punch the man, when a voice behind her broke the eerie atmosphere.
"Zhou Shuyao, what did you just say? Do you dare say it again in front of me?"
Zhou Jiuzhen emerged from the darkness, revealing his tall figure. This immediately frightened Zhou Shuyao, who had been so arrogant, causing him to quickly release his grip on Ling Huanwu and stand timidly at his feet.
"Brother, I...I just came here to...to stand up for you."
"Standing up for justice?" Zhou Jiuzhen snorted coldly, walked over and stood in front of Ling Huanwu, glancing at Song Yaoyao behind him, "Who told you your sister-in-law wouldn't let me touch her? Your sister-in-law and I went back to our room to make a baby. You should hurry up and go back to your room to make a baby too."

After Zhou Jiuzhen finished speaking, he didn't bother to go back to the main room to get a straw mat and pillow. He took Ling Huanwu's hand and turned around to go back into the house.
Zhou Shuyao was left standing there, stunned, his eyes fixed on the glaring red spot on Zhou Jiuzhen's belt when he turned around.
Although the light was dim, he could clearly see that it was blood!
A sharp, throbbing pain shot through my heart.
Zhou Shuyao felt something important was quietly slipping away from his palm.
He wanted to grab something, but he was at a loss, not knowing what to grab.
The door slammed shut.
Inside the room, Zhou Jiuzhen belatedly released Ling Huanwu's hand, a blush instantly spreading to the back of his ears. Somewhat embarrassed, he explained, "I didn't lie on purpose just now. I just didn't want them to misunderstand, so I just said it casually."
Ling Huanwu pursed her lips and chuckled, a mischievous glint in her eyes. She nestled shyly into his broad embrace. "You promised me this morning that you could make a request tonight, remember? I think... we can make our lie come true..."
