"Are you crazy? Am I crazy? Killing the Crown Prince is a crime punishable by the extermination of nine generations of one's family!"
Liu Yiyi looked at Qin Jinzhi with the eyes of someone looking at a madwoman.
"Who said you were to kill the crown prince? I said you were to drug him so he wouldn't be able to get out of bed for the next few days."
Qin Jinzhi wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth, somewhat speechless.

Qin Jinzhi looked at her and said, "This is the Empress Dowager's palace, my territory. Besides, you won't ask Feiyan for help."

The Empress frowned and asked, "What happened? How did the Crown Prince fall into the water?"
“He’s not thinking straight. I made him go into the water to wash his brain. Who told him to make you angry?”
The Empress sighed, "I am estranged from him and our son. In the end, our bond is shallow. I heard from that Miss Liu that you can't stand the cold now. The lake water is freezing cold, yet you dared to jump in."
Qin Jinzhi said with a grin, "I'm a very good swimmer, after all, my grandmother taught me personally."

Consort Shen's eyes widened. "You! How dare you injure someone in the palace!"
Qin Jinzhi ignored her. "I said, useless things should be thrown away."
Grandpa Fu was filled with fear!
This Qin Jinzhi is truly lawless; she actually dared to injure people and draw blood right in the palace!
He didn't even respect Consort Shen.
He forced himself to kneel on the ground despite the excruciating pain, and said in a trembling voice, "This servant apologizes to this young lady. Please forgive this servant's mistake, Your Highness."
A smile finally appeared on Qin Jinzhi's face. She stepped on Eunuch Fu's hand and said, "If there is no noise later, I will forgive you."
After saying that, she stomped her foot hard on Grandpa Fu's hand.
Even though the pain was excruciating, Grandpa Fu dared not utter a sound.
Qin Jinzhi smiled with satisfaction, "If you had done this earlier, there would have been no need to lose an ear!"
Grandpa Fu felt as if he were in hell, his whole body filled with cold.
The palace maid scratched his hand, and he had to cripple one of his hands as an apology!

Consort Shen swallowed hard. "Now that I've apologized, I can finally see the Crown Prince, right?"

"No guests will be received at Jiaofang Palace today."
