Chapter 68: Going into the Wrong Private Room Again
In the corridor, Jiang Chaoyang was completely unaware of the truth of the matter. "I thought I'd never see you again. Why is Professor Yi back to substitute for the class again this time?"
"Didn't you agree to call me by my name?"
Jiang Chaoyang quickly changed his words, "Yi Yuan."
"Don't you think Teacher Jiang welcomes me? Who said he liked me before?" Yi Yuan walked side by side with him.
Jiang Chaoyang coughed tactically and changed the subject: "Why are you still wearing glasses?"
Yi Yuan's footsteps paused slightly. He lowered his eyes, took off his glasses, and turned his head to look at Jiang Chaoyang. Without the obstruction of lenses, his dark red eyes appeared even deeper.
"Is this okay?" he asked softly.
There was clearly no emotion in his tone, yet it seemed to contain a lot.
Jiang Chaoyang nodded, and when he was about to reach the office, he caught a glimpse of a familiar figure out of the corner of his eye.
"Hey, Teacher Jiang, Professor Yi." Teacher Yao waved to them enthusiastically and said, "Come in and chat?"
Jiang Chaoyang looked at the man next to Teacher Yao and walked over.
"This is Dr. Yu." Teacher Yao introduced with a smile:
"Our school specially hired someone to fill in for a few days. Dr. Yu has made great achievements in pheromone research. He led the development of the most effective S-class inhibitor on the market."
"Long time no see." Yu Siran's eyes had already fallen on Jiang Chaoyang.
"What a coincidence, Dr. Yu, I didn't expect you to be here too." Jiang Chaoyang exclaimed.
"Just call me Yu Siran."
"Okay." Jiang Chaoyang readily agreed.
Teacher Yao looked at the two of them in surprise: "Huh? So you two know each other?"
"It was just a coincidence that we met." Jiang Chaoyang was a little embarrassed.
Yu Siran's gaze passed Jiang Chaoyang and fell on Yi Yuan, who was one step behind him.
Almost at the same time, Yi Yuan also raised his eyes and met his gaze.
The air stagnated for a second.
Both of them had the elegance and maturity of intellectuals. Their eyes met in the air, without any tension, just a look of apprehension.
Teacher Yao was sensitive enough to notice that the atmosphere was a little off. She looked at Yu Siran, then at Yi Yuan, and didn't know how to respond for a moment.
Jiang Chaoyang, who was stuck in the middle, looked up in confusion and looked towards the corner: "Is the air conditioner turned up too high? Why do I feel a little cold?"
"No." Teacher Yao pulled Jiang Chaoyang over to sit on a chair and said:
"You came just in time. Three handsome guys came to see you just now. I told them you'd be back soon. I guess they'll be here soon."
"Is someone looking for me?" Jiang Chaoyang asked.
Teacher Yao nodded. "Didn't someone come here to discuss sponsoring the school? Those three people, they said they wanted to meet you."
Jiang Chaoyang knew who the three people were in an instant. Before they arrived, he stood up and said quickly, "I suddenly remembered that the faucet at home was not turned off. I'll go back first."
Teacher Yao responded and she glanced at Yu Siran and Yi Yuan secretly. At this time, both of them were looking at Jiang Chaoyang's departing back.
She seemed to know some secret that she shouldn't know.
Jiang Chaoyang walked down the stairs quickly and just breathed a sigh of relief when he heard slow footsteps coming from behind him.
"Why are you walking so fast?"
Gabriel's voice came with a smile: "Teacher Jiang, you didn't even reply to the message. We were worried that something might have happened to you."
Jiang Chaoyang paused, turned around and rubbed his neck: "Well, I've been busy lately and haven't paid much attention to the news."
Actually, I didn’t want to reply to the message, who knew you would come to me again.
Gabriel's smile remained warm: "It's okay, we'll just call you directly next time."
Lou Yuxi also walked over slowly: "Do you have a date tonight? Come have a drink with us?"
"I might..."
"Don't follow them."
Suddenly, Jiang Chaoyang's shoulders sank. He turned his head and looked over. Yan Ji had his arm on his shoulders and raised his chin to the three of them. He said, "He has an appointment with us."
Yan Yu walked to the other side of Jiang Chaoyang and said, "We'll take you back."
Yin Wangzhi glanced at the two of them calmly: "How come I didn't know that he was underage and needed a guardian?"
Jiang Chaoyang's mouth twitched.
This mouth is so damn poisonous.
He held his forehead and said simply, "Alright, let's just go together."
"I'm going too."
Yi Yuan's voice came from behind. Jiang Chaoyang saw Yu Siran also followed and had no choice but to say, "That's it."
——The night of the full moon.
Jiang Chaoyang felt a sense of familiarity as soon as he entered the club.
He couldn't explain how the familiarity came about.
Jiang Chaoyang washed his face in the sink and looked up at the mirror. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the person in the mirror was 100% handsome. He left the bathroom and walked towards the private room he had booked.
Yin Zhu and Lin Yuan should be here soon.
Jiang Chaoyang pushed open the door thoughtfully, and the cold air hit him in the face.
The moment the door opened, Jiang Chaoyang turned around immediately, but before he took two steps, his wrist was grabbed and he was dragged inside.
Han Shuquan laughed teasingly: "Really? Why did you go the wrong way again?"
Jiang Chaoyang met the unanimous gazes and felt so embarrassed that he wished he could find a hole to crawl into.
Han Shuquan continued, "It's a good opportunity for you to stay and keep me company."
"No, I have an appointment with someone else."
"Brother Yang."
Suddenly, his hand was grabbed. Jiang Chaoyang turned around and Wu Zaisheng pulled him to his seat. "Brother Yang, please stay."
"But……"
Jun Shilin snapped his fingers and said, "How about asking them to come over? Is that okay?"
Jiang Chaoyang had no choice but to shut up and nodded.
Jiang Chaoyang was half-pushed and half-pressed onto the sofa by Wu Zaisheng. As soon as he sat down, he noticed the person next to him.
Sang Chiyou leaned against the back of the sofa, his head slightly tilted to one side, his eyes closed as if he was sleeping.
Jiang Chaoyang sighed in his heart, subconsciously stretched out his hand, and gently placed his palm on Sang Chiyou's forehead.
Less than two seconds after his fingers touched the skin, his hand was suddenly grabbed. Jiang Chaoyang was startled and lowered his head to meet a pair of slowly opening purple eyes.
"You're not asleep?" Jiang Chaoyang was a little surprised. He wanted to pull his hand back but failed.
Sang Chiyou did not answer, but looked at him quietly for a few seconds. Instead of letting go of Jiang Chaoyang's hand, she pulled his arm, leaned her head on his shoulder, and closed her eyes again.
Jiang Chaoyang: "..."
Is this sleeping or not?
Jiang Chaoyang froze, and a very dissatisfied snort came from beside him.
"Brother Yang, let's change positions."
Wu Zaisheng's voice was obviously suppressed, not even in a negotiating tone. Jiang Chaoyang's scalp tingled, fearing that he would explode in the next second: "He doesn't seem to be feeling well, so let it be."
"But he..."
Wu Zaisheng's words came to an abrupt end, and he stared blankly at the candy that suddenly appeared in front of him.
Jiang Chaoyang handed him the candy and ruffled his hair. "Since you've been so obedient recently, this is a reward for you."
