[What do you mean?] Lian Han raised an eyebrow, his upward flight momentarily halting.
Old Xing's voice was deep and somber. "The Zerg advocate conquest and plunder. A planet inhabited by Zerg isn't necessarily a Zerg planet; it could be a planet with life or mineral resources. And the species of Zerg here are clearly not the royal Zerg native to that planet."
Lian Han: [...Who cares what star it is? Just look around and you'll know.]
That makes perfect sense.
So, with a flap of its blue-purple butterfly wings, Lian Han immediately flew away from its original spot, choosing a direction to move forward, throwing a few light orbs at the Zerg along the way to practice its skills.
Old Xing watched her perform silently. Ever since that incident at the Federal Research Institute, this girl seemed to have broken free from some kind of constraint. Her thoughts became more unrestrained, and the moves she made were varied and diverse, yet none of them were weak in attack power.
However, she was able to do so easily because she had complete air superiority, as none of these Zerg could fly.
The Butterfly Shadow Card is a god-level card with extremely fast flight speed, yet even after Lian Han's mental power swept across almost the entire planet, he did not see any other life.
No water source was found.
Could this be a mineral planet?
Seeing Lian Han frown, Old Man Xing explained, "While mineral-rich planets certainly have their share of those who breathe energy, their energy fluctuations are actually quite unstable due to their unique mineral resources. There's no energy leakage here, which is why I initially ruled out mineral-rich planets. Lian Han, since it's not on the surface, let's go check underground. Think about how those Zerg appeared."
He emerged from the ground. Lian Han's eyes lit up. He found a place to land, used his mental energy to create a hole in the ground, and jumped in. The cave stretched for a distance before Lian Han felt a void below, through which slivers of light shone.
There was indeed something underground. Lian Han carefully moved the golden soil aside and jumped down.
This is a cave, and the rubies placed inside for lighting prove that it was dug later. However, the cave is a bit narrow—well, not exactly narrow, enough for seven or eight people to walk side by side, but in terms of height, even someone as tall as Han Dieyingka would have to duck to avoid touching it.
There were no other discoveries in the cave. Lian Han continued down the cave and soon heard footsteps, so he stopped immediately.
A white life form resembling a child emerged. Upon seeing her, it immediately ran back, emitting a piercing scream as it ran. Lian Han couldn't understand it and could only deduce that it was calling for help.
Are they mistaking her for a Zergling?
Lian Han frowned, caught up with the child, and easily lifted him up because the child was only half a person's height. "I meant no harm."
After saying that, realizing that the other party might not understand what she was saying, she repeated it again using her mental power.
Grabbed by the shoulder, unable to run away, he could only look at the intruder in confusion and say, "#^*..."
Lian Han frowned, finally remembering that the AI had the ability to translate various languages, even languages that had never been recorded.
However, her AI was always off while she was in Butterfly Shadow Card mode.
Lian Han examined the creature in his hand from head to toe. It had a human-like appearance and no energy fluctuations, so he could confirm that it was not dangerous.
And so, the little creature witnessed the most amazing scene he had ever seen.
A blue-purple light flashed, the intruder's wings folded, its long blue hair and golden eyes turned black, and its appearance changed. It couldn't explain anything, only that it was beautiful both before and now.
Lian Han stretched her neck and realized that the Butterfly Shadow Card was indeed taller than her actual height, which made her feel much more comfortable.
The AI restarted, and Lian Han immediately commanded, "Language translation."
The creature looked at her in confusion, then spoke again. 003 paused for a moment, then translated the original words, "How have you changed?"
After the translation was completed, 003 added, "The language data collection is incomplete, and there may be errors in the translation. It will take 30 minutes to complete the deduction."
"San'er, can you translate what I said to him?"
Basic communication is fine.
"Then you can translate it." Lian Han nodded, his tone friendly. "My name is Lian Han, what's your name?"
Surprised that she had suddenly learned their language, the creatures were astonished. "Aren't you (the three syllables are untranslatable)? Why do you know our language?"
Unable to translate? Then I can't use overly rare words, like, "I come from the outside world and accidentally ended up here. Do you need my help?"
However, as soon as she finished speaking, the creature immediately became angry, its fair cheeks turning red with rage.
"You still say you're not (three syllables cannot be translated)! You really are in cahoots with them! Let me go! I'm going to find (two syllables cannot be translated)!"
[What were the findings?]
[The Zerg's target is this kind of creature; he's not the only one; I've been implicated by the Zerg.]
[Then let's find a way to clear up the misunderstanding, girl. Good luck!]
But how to resolve this? Lian Han frowned as he looked at the hostile creatures, then thought about the insectoids outside. Staying here was undoubtedly the better option.
Thinking of this, Lian Han suddenly remembered the hole she had just dug—it seemed she hadn't sealed it off.
The creature struggled in panic as the intruder carried it upwards, crying out, "Don't grab me! I don't taste good!"
"I don't eat people."
Lian Han explained, and soon they arrived at the place where they had come down.
Looking at the ugly, green insect, the creature glared angrily at the person who had captured it, "Or are you not (three syllables cannot be translated)? Put me down!"
The person in her hand kept struggling. Lian Han frowned, took out an ice-type attack card, and the card with the freezing effect quickly froze the appearing insectoids. Then she put the card back, drew her energy dagger, and smashed one of them in one go.
