0043 Sibling Relationship

0043 Sibling Relationship

The morning training finally ended, and Su He'an walked up to Wan Lanlan. "Yue... Song Yue said she has already bought the food and wants you to come with us."

Wan Lanlan was so hot that she collapsed on the spot. She was starving, but her legs were too weak to move.

Seeing the bustling crowds on the main road leading to the cafeteria, I had originally planned to eat later, but upon hearing that there was food available, I immediately perked up.

"Okay! Let's go!" Su He'an watched as she sprang up from the ground like a wind-up toy, walking ahead with great energy.

Jiang Xinglan raised an eyebrow and patted Yang Mingxuan, "See, this is the normal reaction when someone says they want to go eat, not your reaction just now, where you said you wanted to go to sleep!"

Yang Mingxuan squinted and pouted. Who was it that said they couldn't sleep well last night and insisted on coming over to share a bed with him, making him sleep poorly all night?

He was first woken up by Su He'an, and then tormented by Jiang Xinglan all night. He persevered until this morning, and now he's so sleepy he's almost falling asleep standing up.

"Alright, let's go eat first, then go back to the dorm to rest. I promise I won't bother you." Jiang Xinglan pulled Yang Mingxuan and hurried towards the cafeteria.

"He'an, luckily Song Yue bought us food in advance, otherwise with this crowd, I would have starved to death on the way." Jiang Xinglan rubbed her stomach, which was already completely empty.

"I'd rather you starve to death. At least there'll be one less person to fight me for food." Su He'an felt annoyed at the thought of his delicate younger sister buying food for these people.

Yang Mingxuan followed behind them listlessly, his steps dragging, feeling both hungry and sleepy.

The group followed the flow of people to the cafeteria. Su He'an glanced at his phone and finally saw Song Yue sitting quietly by herself at a table in a corner.

The food covered half the table, and drinks were prepared for everyone. Wan Lanlan happily rushed over, "Yueyue, you're so kind! You don't know how hot I was this morning."

"Alright, hurry up and eat, then go back to the dorm and rest a bit more."

After a morning of training, the group was quite exhausted, and the dining table was unusually quiet. Everyone ate at a fast pace, except for Song Yue, who continued to eat slowly in small bites.

After the matter was resolved, the group returned to their respective dorm rooms.

Mi Chuxue and Yu Binglan had signed up for the performance before the military training started, and were just waiting to perform on stage after the training ended, so they were exempt from this week's military training activities.

The two of them rehearsed in a separate classroom with applicants from other classes.

While they were rehearsing, the homeroom teacher came over and called the two of them out.

"Mi Chuxue, Yu Binglan, were you assigned to the same dorm room as Song Yue?"

Mi Chuxue and Yu Binglan exchanged a glance before nodding.

Yu Binglan asked, "Teacher, what's wrong?"

The homeroom teacher discussed with the two students, saying, "Song Yue transferred here this semester. She's not in very good health, so she didn't participate in the military training activities this time. But she also didn't sign up for the performance activities. So I was thinking you two talk to her when you get back and ask her to try to participate. She can't just stay in the dormitory for the whole week. It's better for her to participate in more group activities."

Yu Binglan suppressed her disdain, but her tone was slightly annoyed: "Teacher, if she doesn't like it, then so be it."

Mi Chuxue immediately stepped forward to stop Yu Binglan: "Teacher, we understand. We will discuss it with her later."

The homeroom teacher glanced at Mi Chuxue: "That's good. I'll leave this matter to you two. If you have any questions, go and discuss it with Su He'an."

"Su He'an?!" Yu Binglan's voice shrilled. "Why are you going to find Su He'an?!"

The homeroom teacher frowned and asked, puzzled, "She's Su He'an's sister. Why don't you go see Su He'an if you need to?"

Mi Chuxue was initially surprised that even the homeroom teacher knew about their relationship, but she never expected it to be this kind of relationship.

"Teacher, you said they are siblings? But... why do they have different surnames?" Yu Binglan asked curiously.

The homeroom teacher waved her hand: "What does it matter if it's a surname? Anyway, Song Yue's school file says that Su He'an is her brother!" She glanced at the time and said, "Alright, it's almost time. You guys go eat first, and don't forget to go back to the dormitory at noon."

Mi Chuxue smiled and said, "I understand, teacher. I will definitely try my best to get her to participate in the activities with us."

After the homeroom teacher left, Mi Chuxue's face beamed with joy: "Binglan, she... she's Su He'an's sister. No wonder Su He'an treats her so well!"

Yu Binglan felt something was off. Looking at Mi Chuxue, who was beaming with smiles, she hesitated for a moment, then finally sighed, "Yeah, I really didn't expect that."

"Time's almost up, let's go eat first. I want to go back to the dorm to find her." Mi Chuxue suddenly regretted her previous actions. If she had known earlier that Yu Binglan was Su He'an's sister, she would never have let Yu Binglan trip her up.

"kindness."

The two hurriedly finished their meal and rushed back to their dormitory. As soon as they entered, they saw two figures lying on the bed.

Wan Lanlan was exhausted from the morning training, while Song Yue was simply sleepy after lunch.

Although Mi Chuxue was eager to build a good relationship with Song Yue, it was clearly inconvenient at this time, so she could only return to her seat dejectedly.

The dormitory air conditioner was on, and the air became refreshingly cool. Before she knew it, Song Yue had fallen asleep.

When she woke up, it was almost time for the afternoon training to begin, and the three people in the dormitory were getting ready to leave.

Wan Lanlan's gaze kept drifting towards Song Yue's bed as she watched Mi Chuxue, wondering why she had been acting strangely since noon.

Even Binglan's attitude towards him has improved considerably.

Mi Chuxue was getting impatient when Song Yue finally woke up. Ignoring whether Song Yue was still groggy, she said directly, "Song Yue, your homeroom teacher wants you to participate in more group activities. She asked us to ask you if you want to go to the performance rehearsal with us." As if afraid that she would refuse, Mi Chuxue slowed down her speech and said, "Although those rehearsals are quite hard, it's much better than being under the sun."

Yu Binglan stepped forward and chimed in, "Besides, you can't stay in the dorm all week, that's so boring. There are a lot of people in our rehearsal room, it's nice for us to chat and get to know each other."

Song Yue's mind was still hazy when she heard two people talking in her ear. She lifted her eyelids and quietly glanced at the two of them, feeling annoyed.

"I don't want to go," Song Yue said calmly.

Mi Chuxue quickly said, "Wouldn't it be boring for you to stay in the dorm? We three know each other there, so there's no need to worry about it being awkward."

Song Yue looked up and stared at the two of them for a few seconds, remained silent for a long time, and finally replied without a smile: "I like staying in the dormitory."

This is a blatant rejection.

Yu Binglan was furious. If Mi Chuxue hadn't liked Su He'an, and Song Yue hadn't been Su He'an's sister, she definitely wouldn't have let her off so easily. Even if she didn't take action openly, she would have made her learn her lesson.

Mi Chuxue was visibly taken aback when she heard her firm refusal.

"Alright...we'll be going now, rehearsal's about to start." With that, Mi Chuxue pulled Yu Binglan away quickly.

Once outside, Yu Binglan grew increasingly angry: "Chu Xue, look at her. No matter who she is, I hate her."

Mi Chuxue concealed the resentment and anger that flashed in her eyes, and said softly as if nothing had happened, "It's okay, if she doesn't like it, we shouldn't make things difficult for her."

Seeing her best friend like this, Yu Binglan felt a bit disappointed and frustrated. But seeing the other girl smiling gently at her, she could only suppress her resentment.

"Alright, we're going to be late for rehearsal, or the teacher will scold us." The two of them put down what they were doing with Song Yue and hurriedly rushed to the rehearsal venue.

On the way, Mi Chuxue thought of what her homeroom teacher had said about discussing with Su He'an, and a slight smile appeared on her lips as the wind slid down her face and onto the ground.

I finally found a good reason to go see him.

Mi Chuxue secretly rejoiced, harboring her own little thoughts.
