Be good, little one.

Be good, little one.

Fu Ying's voice was filled with a biting chill. The ocean currents condensed into clusters of sharp icicles. The pierced sirens let out high-pitched hisses, and more dark shadows awoke from the bottom of the abyss.

Feng Hai's lips opened and closed slightly, and a string of bubbles escaped: "Young, Young Clan Leader..."

Although he was exhausted and his voice was not clear when he spoke, his trembling arms pointed straight to the bottom of the abyss.

A coral reef woven with dark blue vines, where many sirens lurked. Their wriggling transparent tentacles intertwined, obscuring the things hidden deep in the reef, making it impossible to see clearly.

Fu Ying's eyes suddenly turned cold, and he pulled Feng Hai and swam towards the coral reef like a sharp arrow.

Wherever it passed, the ice was freezing cold, forcing back all the sirens that were charging at it. Some sirens that didn't have time to dodge were even nailed to the coral reefs, letting out shrill roars.

Fu Ying pulled the dark blue vines apart, and the fluorescent light fluttered like debris.

A tall figure lay on the flat reef.

His skin was pale, his body was naked, and he had no blood. His breath was almost nonexistent, and his scarred legs were glowing. Starting from his ankles, light blue scales were spreading strangely. The bones and blood under his skin were being drained away. If he continued to let this go, he might have died before his shark tail grew out.

Fu Ying watched quietly, her slender fingertips gently stroking Danyue's cold cheek.

After not seeing him for a long time, he looked much thinner, his long blue hair spread on the rocks, but the ends of his hair were ominously pale, and the fluorescent light around him flickered with his weak breathing.

"Trespasser!" The siren's roar was accompanied by a dull echo.

"If the ritual is interrupted, he will completely transform into a monster!"

As she spoke, the siren's tentacles stretched out again and wrapped around Danyue's legs, which were glowing.

Feng Hai's pupils suddenly shrank as he watched the scales on Danyue's legs growing wildly at a speed visible to the naked eye. The mermaid was accelerating the end of this ceremony.

A sneer appeared on Fu Ying's lips: "Looking for death."

She clenched her fingers together, and a biting cold air burst out, instantly freezing the transparent tentacles. The siren let out an eardrum-tearing scream, and the sea became increasingly boiling.

Fu Ying grabbed Danyue's wrist and pulled her up from the reef.

She swung an ice blade in her backhand and cut the charging mermaid in half.

Feng Hai was stunned when he saw her dealing with the sea monster with ease. Cold sweat broke out on his palms. When did such a powerful female appear in the tribe?

Fu Ying turned to look at Feng Hai, the chill that lingered around him receding slightly. "Are you almost recovered?"

"Carry him on your back!" Fu Ying kicked the corpse of a mermaid aside and said in a deep voice, "If we delay any longer, the entire Demonic Abyss will be filled with these mermaids, making it difficult to leave."

Feng Hai nodded quickly. His weak body made him bite the tip of his tongue hard to stay awake.

He nimbly carried Tan Yue on his back, and shuddered when his skin was touched; his body temperature was too low.

"Let's go!" Fu Ying's frost whip opened a path, and Feng Hai followed closely behind.

He even glanced back and saw those surging black shadows still making promises in bewitching voices. How ridiculous it was that they actually believed it. How could there be any free rewards in this man-eating Demonic Abyss?

Fu Ying protected Danyue and Fenghai while leading them to evacuate from the Demon Sea Abyss.

Her breathing was becoming slightly disordered, and the ice she had condensed was no longer solid. There were too many sirens.

"Follow closely!" Fu Ying could feel that his spiritual power was rapidly depleting. Handfuls of spiritual medicine were stuffed into his mouth. Feng Hai gritted his teeth and lifted Dan Yue on his back, not daring to delay.

Another huge sea monster stretched out its tentacles and attacked Danyue with a sticky and fishy wind.

Fu Ying's fingertips turned white, and the frost whip was just raised, but it froze in mid-air.

Her whole body trembled violently as if struck by lightning, cold sweat broke out on her forehead, and even her rosy lips faded and turned pale.

"What’s wrong with you?!"

Feng Hai noticed something was wrong with Fu Ying. His eyes fell on the fluorescent beast spirit flower on her forehead. He couldn't help but stiffen and gasp: "You, you want to..."

Fu Ying gritted her teeth and forced herself to suppress the surging pain.

She flicked the whip in her hand, freezing the Siren's tentacles. She said coldly, "Take Tanyue away! Now!"

Feng Hai looked at her straight back, his Adam's apple rolling, and all the words he wanted to say condensed into a heavy gasp.

He said nothing more and quickly rushed away with Danyue on his back. In the fishy and salty air, he could faintly hear the sound of ice breaking. He didn't dare to stop, let alone look back. Staying here would only be a burden to her.

Fu Ying's hands gently protected her lower abdomen, and her knuckles turned a little white.

Although her belly has not bulged yet, the little one is obviously impatient to come out. The cub will be born in just over a month, and perhaps she already knows who her father is.

"Be good." Fu Ying patted her lower abdomen gently and said in a low voice.

The frost whip drew sharp arcs in the sea, and each strike was wrapped in coldness.

The pain in his lower abdomen became more and more intense, like a knife stirring in his stomach. Seeing that the number of sirens was decreasing, Fu Ying took a deep breath and realized that he could not delay any longer.

She immediately turned away, her pale fingertips touching her lower abdomen, cold sweat continuously dripping down.

The angry siren stirred the ocean currents frantically, and dull roars echoed.

Fu Ying's figure was like a crimson arrow, breaking through the turbulent undercurrent, and finally caught the figure of Feng Hai carrying Dan Yue in the surging dark sea.

Feng Hai's pupils shrank, and the moment he saw Fu Ying clearly, his tense shoulders relaxed: "You're okay!"

Fu Ying held his cramping lower abdomen with one hand and swung a long whip with the other, wrapping Feng Hai and Dan Yue around them and quickly taking them away from the Demon Sea Abyss. After an unknown amount of time, he finally saw a few anxiously wandering figures.

Shanhai, Xingyao, Jingxiang and Buck are all there, only Jinglan has left.

"I'm back! I'm really back!" Jingxiang jumped up suddenly, her eyes red.

She waved to Fu Ying, her arm drawing an arc of joy, the joy on her face was almost impossible to conceal, and her heart finally settled down. She knew that her only friend would definitely come back alive!

Fu Ying is brave, strong and fearless, which is what she envied.

Perhaps, those rumors were all based on facts. At least the Fu Ying she saw was not a cruel and brutal female. On the contrary, she was very good to her beastly husband, very good!

When all the females were used to hiding behind their beast husbands and letting the males charge for them, she was the only one who protected her beast husband tightly and did not show any fear even when facing the orcs' encirclement.

That almost obsessive desire to protect shocked her and also made her yearn for it.

Unfortunately, she is not Fu Ying after all. She is not strong and does not have that kind of courage.

However, she admired her friend who could break the rules.
