Calm down and wait for Aying to come out.

Calm down and wait for Aying to come out.

Xingyao raised his hand and wiped his eyes fiercely, then quickly followed.

Fu Ying came to the place where the Qijing tribe was originally stationed, and it had become extremely empty.

On the open ground, there was only a pointed tent that stood out.

Before she got close, Fu Ying heard screams of pain coming from inside. She lifted the curtain and went in. Looking at Jingxiang's trembling body and Buck who was standing beside her in cold sweat, she frowned.

"Get out of the way and wait outside." Fu Ying said concisely and pulled Buck aside.

When Jingxiang heard her voice, she slowly turned her head. Her beautiful pink long hair was already soaked, but the moment she saw Fu Ying, a little light still surged in her eyes. Her lips moved as if she wanted to say something, but she couldn't muster the strength.

Fu Ying held her hand, his voice calm, yet full of soothing power: "Don't be afraid."

Jingxiang said nothing, but tears welled up in her eyes.

She knew that Fu Ying was not someone who would meddle in other people's affairs. She was willing to bring the Qijing Tribe to the Triangle Sea entirely because of her friend, but what about her tribe? They betrayed such good intentions.

Although she did not leave, she felt heartbroken when she thought that her tribe had stolen Fu Ying's things, which might be the only things that left the Triangle Sea. She felt very sorry for her friends, and the suppressed emotions caused her to give birth prematurely.

Buck looked at Fu Ying and finally regained some of his thoughts. He murmured, "Please, witch lady, save Ah Xiang..."

"Get out." Fu Ying didn't even turn his head, poured a bottle of elixir into Jingxiang's mouth, and took out hot water gauze.

Jingxiang's baby was not born with difficulty, but prematurely. It depends on the situation. It would be best if she can give birth naturally. If not, surgery will be required.

Buck clenched his fists, looked at Jingxiang, and followed Fu Ying's instructions to go out.

He knew how much Ah Xiang trusted the witch, so he believed her too!

As soon as Buck left the tent, he saw Xingyao chasing him. Xingyao's face was pale. He stared at the tent, panting heavily, his voice trembling. "Buck, how's Ah Xiang? Is she okay? The witch has a way, right?"

Buck pursed his lips and nodded slightly: "I believe in the witch."

Tan Yue came closer, glanced at the darkening sky, and said, "The cub will be born safely."

In the cold season when everyone is in danger, the birth of a cub may bring some new hope to the tribe.

I don’t know how long it took, but the sky became completely dark. However, the white snow made the surroundings as bright as day.

Xingyao and Buck seemed not to feel the cold. A thick layer of snow had fallen on the ends of their hair, and ice crystals had formed on their eyelashes. They stared in the direction of the tent without blinking until a faint voice was heard.

"Cub!" Xingyao's eyes lit up, and just as he was about to rush in, he was stopped by Danyue who came over.

He had just gone to settle the mermaids, informed them about crossing the triangle sea tomorrow, and asked them to pack up the things they needed in advance. He hurried over because he was afraid that Xingyao and Buck would disturb Fuying.

"Wait." Tan Yue frowned and said in a deep voice, "Calm down and wait for A Ying to come out."

Even though their hearts were in turmoil, Xingyao and Buck restrained themselves.

After a moment, Fu Ying's voice was heard from the tent: "Come in."

These words were like an amnesty order, and the two of them rushed in like the wind. Danyue looked at the snowflakes falling from them, chuckled and shook his head, but he did not go in, but stayed outside waiting for Fuying.

In the tent.

Fu Ying was washing the blood off his hands when Xingyao and Buck rushed in, bringing a chill.

She tilted her head to glance at the two of them and said calmly, "Tomorrow we're crossing the Triangle Abyss. Take good care of Whale Xiang. I've left some food and supplies. Don't let her catch a cold. The cub hasn't transformed yet and needs to adapt to the seawater."

After giving the instructions, Fu Ying turned to look at Jingxiang, who had fainted from exhaustion.

And in the wooden barrel beside the bed, a small manta ray was swimming in the sea water.

Buck stared blankly at the cub in the barrel, then at the unconscious Whale Xiang, his eyes red.

Xingyao looked at the manta ray cub, and the corners of his lips curled up slightly. It was not a regret that he had no cub at all.

"Okay, the rest is up to you." Fu Ying wiped his hands and walked out of the tent.

As soon as she opened the curtain, she met Danyue's gentle light blue eyes. He stretched out his hand to her: "Are you tired?"

Fu Ying shook her head, held his hand, and said softly, "Let's go back."

Danyue pulled the person to his side and covered her with his cloak. When he lowered his eyes to look at her, his silver-blue eyelashes cast a gentle shadow under his eyes.

The two had just taken two steps when Xingyao, who had chased them, called out, "Mistress!"

Fu Ying paused slightly, then turned back to look at him: "Jingxiang is fine now."

Xingyao pursed her lips tightly, hesitated for a moment, then stepped forward and said, "I know. Thank you, Miko-sama, for saving Jingxiang."

He paused, his voice lowering considerably. "The Qijing Tribe stole the witch's belongings and were the first to cross the Triangle Sea. Ah Xiang feels very guilty. I hope the witch won't vent her anger on me because of the Qijing Tribe."

"A Xiang, I cherish you as a friend."

Xingyao's Adam's apple rolled and his voice was very light.

Fu Ying's eyes flickered, and he raised an eyebrow and said, "I thought I made myself clear."

Hearing this, Xingyao was stunned for a moment, then he breathed a sigh of relief and a smile appeared on his face after he realized what was happening.

But then he frowned again, glanced at Tan Yue, and said, "Mistress, the spaceship has been stolen. How are we going to cross the Triangle Sea?"

"You'll know tomorrow." Fu Ying said nothing more and went back with Danyue.

Xingyao stood in the falling snow, watched them go away, then turned around and went back to the tent.

As soon as he entered the tent, he heard Ah Xiang's voice: "Where's Ah Ying?"

Xingyao's eyes lit up, and he quickly walked to the bedside. Looking at Jingxiang, who was held in Buck's arms, her face had regained some color, and the sweat on her body had been wiped off. He felt more grateful to Fu Ying in his heart, and whispered, "Just left."

Seeing Jingxiang's eyes dimming, Buck added sullenly, "The witch asked us to take good care of you. She said we'll be crossing the Triangle Sea tomorrow, and she probably has a lot of things to do."

Jingxiang frowned: "Tomorrow? Is that really possible?"

She was a little worried. Without the spaceship, how would she cross the triangular sea area?

Xingyao patted her head and said softly, "Don't worry. Trust the witch. She's not someone who talks nonsense. Since she said tomorrow, there must be a way. You just need to take care of yourself and don't worry about anything else."

Buck nodded heavily, his expression softening. "We can definitely go beyond the Triangle Sea and see wider areas with endless food."

Listening to Buck's enjoyment of the future, Jingxiang chuckled: "There may not be an ocean outside the triangle sea area."

A hint of sadness flashed in Xingyao's eyes. Indeed, if there was no sea outside the Triangle, what would happen to these sea beastmen? Would they forever rely on a small amount of seawater to survive? Or would they return to Beishan?
