Chapter 78 What should I do with you?

Chapter 78 What should I do with you?

When Fu Ying woke up, the soft bed beneath her felt very familiar.

She subconsciously frowned, and her first reaction was that she wondered if Bai Cang and Teng had wiped the dust clean. If they didn't, it would be very dirty if she just lay there like that.

She quietly touched the edge of the bed, where there were still some wet water stains.

It was obvious that someone had hurriedly wiped the dusty bed.

Fu Ying's mouth twitched slightly. It was hard for her to imagine how Teng and Bai Cang, two such decisive males, could have such stern faces and clumsily brush off the dust and clean up the cave?

At this moment, a slightly hoarse and seductive voice passed by my ear: "Awake?"

"Get up and eat something when you wake up." The air was filled with the aroma of barbecue, which was a bit greasy.

Fu Ying raised her eyelashes slightly, glanced over, and was caught off guard by Bai Cang's eyes.

His face was as pale as paper, and his once gorgeous eyes and eyebrows seemed to have faded, revealing a sense of illness. He was quiet and cold, looking at her quietly without any emotion.

"Cough--" Fu Ying sat up, holding his chest, and looked around. Sure enough, it was the cave where he and Danyue stayed. Perhaps because of her physical condition, they did not dare to take her around.

Bai Cang walked forward and handed the barbecue in his hand to Fu Ying without saying a word.

Fu Ying took it, and the two looked at each other in silence.

Suddenly, her throat rolled violently, and a strong smell of meat rushed straight to her head——

"vomit--"

Fu Ying's face changed and he fell on the edge of the bed, vomiting violently.

The mark of the beast spirit flower blooming on her forehead flickered wildly, sometimes bright and sometimes dimming as she trembled.

Bai Cang's pupils suddenly constricted. He stepped forward and held her shoulders, his voice unusually tense: "What's going on?"

Fu Ying raised his eyelids and said weakly: "I..."

"vomit--"

Her throat spasmed violently, and she pushed the barbecue away: "I... I can't smell this..."

"vomit--"

She was pale and looked weak.

Bai Cang's face suddenly changed, and he threw the barbecue out of the cave.

When he turned back, his steps were obviously unsteady. He paused in front of the bed, and finally put one knee on the edge of the bed. He carefully brought Fuying into his arms, and patted her gently with his slender hands as if coaxing a cub.

Fu Ying's back was pressed against his violently heaving chest, and she heard that always lazy voice tense up and down: "Are you still feeling uncomfortable? Teng has already gone to find the witch, don't be afraid."

Fu Ying reached out and grabbed his snow-white animal hide, then turned to look at Bai Cang. Her shoulders trembled slightly, and tears fell like broken pearls, one by one. A suppressed sob came from her throat: "You don't blame me anymore?"

The hot tears dripped onto the back of Bai Cang's hand, making his fingertips a little stiff.

His eyelashes drooped, his Adam's apple rolled slowly, and he felt an indescribable sourness and a sudden bloody sensation.

When she suddenly vomited blood and fainted, the glaring scarlet light made him drop all his disguised indifference.

Hatred? Revenge? Before her pale face, it all vanished completely. As long as she was safe, it seemed as if the pain and despair of the past no longer mattered.

Bai Cang's eyes dimmed, then he smiled self-deprecatingly, his thin lips opening and closing several times before finally saying, "The cub in your belly is not well behaved, it must be very hard for you, right?"

His voice was hoarse at the end, his palm resting on her bulging belly, his fingertips trembling violently.

Fu Ying suddenly turned around and hugged him, crying loudly: "I'm sorry."

Big tears fell, flowing across the healed red fox mark, leaving it burning hot.

The corners of Bai Cang's eyes turned red, and he hugged Fu Ying with his backhand. A strange sweetness seeped out from the old pain.

He stepped back slightly and held her tear-soaked face in his hands.

As their breaths met, he suddenly lowered his head and kissed her trembling lips.

After a long time, her breathing became disordered and the baby in her belly began to protest.

He moved.

Bai Cang paused for a moment, his whole body stiff as a sculpture.

He stared down at Fu Ying's abdomen in a daze and said softly, "He, he moved?"

Fu Ying nodded, her nose was red and she looked a little aggrieved.

Bai Cang raised his eyes to look at her, moved slightly closer, and their foreheads touched.

He was silent for a long time, then suddenly chuckled softly, his voice hoarse and filled with a familiar lingering sadness: "Tell me, how should I blame you? What should I do with you?"

Fu Ying placed her hand on his forehead, her fingertips gently weaving through Bai Cang's silver hair.

The moment she lowered her eyes, dark currents surged in them, and a dangerous yet beautiful aura made the air stagnate.

But in a flash, she returned to her weak appearance, her eyelashes trembling slightly, casting a shadow on his nose, as if the sharpness just now was just an illusion.

It is not shameful to show weakness occasionally. Tears and blood are always the sharpest weapons.

As long as we can complete the task better, why bother with the methods?

"Are you still feeling uncomfortable?" Bai Cang placed his palm on her lower abdomen, his movements were very gentle, and his voice was also soft.

Fu Ying pursed her lips gently and said, "It won't be uncomfortable if you hold it. Maybe the cub feels its father."

Bai Cang chuckled, hugged her, and said in a deep voice: "The rainy season is coming soon..."

Fu Ying nodded, Bai Cang's scent lingering on his nose. Just as he was about to speak, he heard footsteps.

Teng walked in carrying a skinny old man, whose animal skin coat was pulled askew and he was shaking like a sieve in fear.

The air suddenly froze.

Teng's dark green eyes stared straight at the two people hugging each other, with undercurrents surging in his eyes.

He pretended not to see it, pushed the old man forward, and said coldly: "Go, show her!"

Fu Ying withdrew from Bai Cang's arms, her eyes fell on Teng. His angular face was wet, and water droplets were dripping from the ends of his white hair, leaving dark marks on the ground.

"It's raining?" Fu Ying listened attentively. The sound of rain outside had become a dense net without him knowing when.

Hearing the weakness in her voice, Teng pursed his lips, stepped forward and tucked her messy hair behind her ears.

He shook the water droplets from his hair, his dark green eyes gleaming in the dim light. "The rainy season is coming. Let this old goat take a look at you. If nothing serious happens, we'll go back to the tribe. If the rainstorm washes away the mountain path, we'll be trapped in this hellhole for the whole rainy season."

Bai Cang pulled the sheet towards Fu Ying and cut off the conversation coldly: "Let him see the doctor first."

Teng raised his eyes and glanced at Bai Cang, his eyes were equally cold, but he said nothing more.

The old goat didn't even dare to raise his head. He trembled as he smelled the terrifying breath of the high-star-marked orcs in the cave.

Fu Ying blinked and said softly, "I'm fine. I'm just too tired these past few days."

She just used a little trick to clear the blocked meridians and vomited out a few mouthfuls of blood from her injuries to scare the two men. Vomiting out the accumulated waste blood was good for the body.

"Show her!" Teng stepped forward, pinched the old goat orc's neck, and asked him to treat him.

The old orc wanted to cry but had no tears. He dared not say a word and asked a few questions in a low voice. He was just an ordinary witch and was not proficient in treatment. He usually treated minor illnesses and pains of the tribe's cubs and did not dare to treat them randomly.

His skinny fingers trembled as he rummaged through the medicine bag, and a few dry herbs fell to the ground.

He stole a glance at the gloomy Teng, and then caught a glimpse of the glaring bloodstains on Bai Cang's snow-white hide. His Adam's apple rolled with difficulty: "The two females... the female masters just have a minor problem... just take it, take this..."

Before he finished speaking, Teng's expression grew darker: "You call vomiting blood a minor problem?"

The old man staggered with fear and looked at Fu Ying for help.

"Okay, I'm really fine. I'm a witch myself, how could I not know?" Fu Ying took Teng's hand, shook his head at him, and said to the old orc, "Go back quickly."

Upon hearing this, the old orc was so excited that he almost cried. He left behind a pile of medicinal herbs and ran away as if he had been pardoned.

"Tsk, you are 'kind.'" Teng suddenly sneered, and a gloomy look appeared between his handsome eyebrows. He deliberately emphasized the word "kind", and his tone was sinister, and the ending sound was like an ice cone tempered with poison.

His slender fingers unconsciously stroked the sharp bone knife at his waist.

He had wanted to use this knife to cut her neck many times.
