Aya Ikegami secured the crystal to the crater: "Geothermal energy can sustain the array's operation for a long time." She suddenly chuckled, "The Moon Spirits set up teleportation arrays in the extreme environments of various planes back then."
The final array base was set up at the summit of Mount Everest. In the biting cold wind, ice crystals formed on the ends of Ikegami Aya's hair, but she knelt on the snow without caring and calibrated the compass.
"This is the closest place to the stars." She looked up at the Milky Way, which seemed almost within reach. "The records say that these places are where energy converges."
Han Feng embedded the last crystal into the ice layer. The moment the power of the stars was injected, all four crystals resonated simultaneously, and an invisible pillar of energy shot into the sky, piercing through heaven and earth.
"It's done." Aya Ikegami breathed a sigh of relief, her nose red from the cold. "The four array bases have formed a stable energy network. Once you arrive there, you only need to activate the main array eye at the corresponding coordinates to establish a two-way passage."
