Chapter 61 Han Feng Can Also Have Tender Feelings?

The plane landed smoothly at Kyoto International Airport. As soon as Han Feng turned on his phone, Qin Chuan called: "President Han, the car has arrived at the airport, and the branch office matters have been arranged. The Sino-European side has sent Vice President Li to go ahead and make preparations."

Han Feng hummed in agreement: "Send the materials to my email. We'll have a meeting tonight."

After hanging up the phone, Su Wanwan leaned closer and asked, "When are you going to Europe?"

"Let's leave in a couple of days, once everything is confirmed over there."

Su Wanwan paused for a few seconds, then smiled again: "Okay! Remember to bring me a souvenir!"

Wang Hao looked at Han Feng: "Why are you going to Europe?"

Su Wanwan immediately interjected, "Han Feng's business has grown so big that he doesn't even know his own good brothers." Then she turned to Wang Hao and continued, "You know Fenghua Investment, right? That's Han Feng's."

"...Damn it, Han Feng, that's not fair!"

"How could I possibly have a chance to tell you..."

A short while later, a black van picked up the three and drove them to the Kyoto Mansion. Han Feng wanted Wang Hao to stay overnight, since it was already late.

Wang Hao waved his hand: "I have to get up at 8 am tomorrow morning, what a miserable life. Please take me back to school later."

Qin Chuan was already waiting at the door. Seeing everyone get out of the car, he immediately greeted them: "Mr. Han, Miss Su." His gaze paused slightly when he saw Wang Hao. "And this gentleman is?"

"This is my brother, Wang Hao," Han Feng introduced simply. "Could you please make this trip and have someone take him to Kyoto Institute of Technology?"

After seeing Wang Hao off, Qin Chuan took out a stack of documents from his briefcase, took the folder handed to him by Qin Chuan, and carefully looked at the data on it.

"President Liu has practically lived at the company these past two days." Qin Chuan adjusted his gold-rimmed glasses, his gaze behind the lenses filled with admiration. "She analyzed all of Silicon Crystal Technology's technical patents and market data from the past five years, and even compiled statistics on the coffee consumption of the R&D department."

Han Feng opened the document, and Liu Mengran's neat yet strong handwriting came into view. The report clearly showed Silicon Crystal Technology's competitive advantages in the Asian market through charts marked with three colors, while the part circled in red on the last page was the potential risk point that Zero had told Han Feng before.

"She's even better than I expected." Han Feng closed the file, his knuckles tapping lightly on the cover. "Notify the Strategy Department to adjust the negotiation strategy for the European trip according to Meng Ran's plan."

Qin Chuan nodded and noted it down, then added, "The Swiss side has already arranged airport pickup, but the meeting time with Siemens in Germany still needs to be confirmed."

"We'll depart in three days." Han Feng made the decision, his gaze sweeping over a line of small handwriting Liu Mengran had scribbled on the edge of the report—"Pay attention to the EU's newly introduced chip subsidy policy." A smile involuntarily crept onto his lips. "Tell President Liu to prepare to go with us."

After seeing Qin Chuan off at the villa, Han Feng returned to his room.

"Zero, please analyze the feasibility of this plan for me."

This is Zero transforming into a data model, but this time he's not holding potato chips, he's sucking on a lollipop, and countless data streams are rolling like a waterfall. Three seconds later, Zero's voice rings out: "The overall score of the solution is 92.7, and the risk coefficient is 38% lower than the industry standard. Let me give you a hint, pay attention to this: the patent cross-licensing clause is innovative."

Han Feng chuckled and picked up his pen to make a note next to a certain clause. "I only saw this with zero special abilities, but Liu Mengran grasped the key point based solely on experience."

He picked up his phone, hesitated for a second when he scrolled to "Liu Mengran" in his contacts. The clock showed 11:47 PM; making a work call at this hour seemed inappropriate. But his fingers had already pressed the dial button before he could even think.

The call connected faster than expected.

"Han Feng?" Liu Mengran's voice had a slight nasal tone, and there was the rustling sound of papers turning in the background. "Calling so late, are you planning to give me, the new general manager, even more work?"

Han Feng was imagining what she looked like at this moment. Most likely, she was curled up on the sofa, her long hair casually tied up, wearing those blue light blocking glasses on her nose, and documents spread out on her lap.

"I just finished reading your silicon crystal technology analysis report," Han Feng said calmly. "It's much more comprehensive than the contingency plan Qin Chuan provided earlier."

A soft breathing sound came from the other end of the phone, like Liu Mengran chuckling: "So you called so late at night to praise me? This isn't like the Han Feng I know."

"The company has decided to depart for Europe in three days. You'll be coming along," Han Feng cut to the chase. "You can also give us your feedback then."

The phone went silent for a few seconds. When Liu Mengran spoke again, her tone was teasing: "Han Feng, you didn't say that to me a couple of days ago before you went back to Jiang City, and now you've forgotten?" She deliberately dragged out the words, "Let me guess, you've been indulging in a life of pleasure these past few days, and completely forgotten about all this?"

Han Feng rubbed his temples, recalling that he had mentioned it briefly when signing the contract in the company office on Friday. He was uncharacteristically speechless: "...I've been busy lately."

"We have military training the week after next." Liu Mengran ignored Han Feng's explanation, the sound of typing coming through the microphone. "Do we need to ask the school for leave in advance?"

Han Feng breathed a sigh of relief, picked up his pen, and circled a line on the calendar: "I should be back in a week at most. The trip to Switzerland and Germany has been compressed to four days, with the remaining three days reserved for handling unforeseen circumstances. Even if something comes up and I need to stay a few more days, I can take leave on short notice."

"Are you sure this wasn't reserved for you at Oktoberfest in Munich? It seems to fall around those days," Liu Mengran teased him again, but her tone had softened.

"What nonsense! Do you really think I'm that irresponsible?" Han Feng scratched his head.

"Okay, I'll reorganize the materials again." Before Han Feng could reply, Liu Mengran hung up the phone.

Han Feng was speechless for a moment. Just then, Su Wanwan's scream came from the kitchen, "Ah!~"

Han Feng quickly ran downstairs and saw something cooking on the kitchen counter. Su Wanwan was covering her hand. Han Feng went over and asked, "What happened? Did you hurt your hand?"

Tears welled up in Su Wanwan's eyes as she said aggrievedly, "I was just cooking instant noodles and I accidentally burned myself."

"You're so clumsy, you even burned yourself. If you're hungry, just tell me and I'll make you something."

“But you came back so late. I saw you were busy with work and thought you must be hungry, so I wanted to cook you something to eat. Haven’t you always been the one taking care of me before?” Su Wanwan lowered her head as she spoke.

Looking at Su Wanwan in front of him, Han Feng felt a warm feeling rise in his heart, but his words were not much better: "Come on, let's go to the living room, I'll put some medicine on you."

So Han Feng took Su Wanwan's uninjured hand and led her to the living room.
