Chapter 83 Rhythm Manipulation
After resting on the ship for two days, Buster packed his bags and took Reinhardt into a two-seater medium-sized aircraft.
Because they were leaving for tourism, they deliberately avoided taking high-speed machines directly to their destination.
Before leaving, Reinhardt made a special trip to see Victoria and Madonna at the place where they were having afternoon tea.
Victoria's emotions have not been well. She was in low spirits when she attended the welcome party a couple of days ago, and her eyes were swollen when she said goodbye today.
As someone who loves beauty, she couldn't accept exposing her less-than-attractive side, so she specially dug out a pair of large-framed sunglasses to cover it up.
Madonna clearly hadn't slept well either. Her complexion wasn't very bright, and she looked at Reinhardt sitting in the front seat, hesitant to speak.
"Stop stammering, we'll be back soon." Buster didn't want them to be affected by their emotions, and he was also genuinely annoyed.
He would rather the two girls bid him farewell with laughter and jokes.
Victoria sniffed, raised her hand to touch Reinhardt's face, and under Buster's watchful gaze, she said in a hoarse voice, "Madanna and I made a lot of fresh pastries and put them in your bag. Come back when you're tired of playing."
It really has that feeling of Sister Ci saying goodbye.
Reinhardt nodded in response, said a few more words, and then formally bid farewell to the two ladies before leaving under the watchful eyes of Madonna, whose expression was complicated, and Victoria, who was wearing sunglasses.
Their current plan is to head south, which happens to be springtime, a season when flowers are in bloom, and they can enjoy many scenic views along the way.
Without a very clear destination, Buster led Reinhardt along, stopping and starting, keeping the aircraft close to the sea surface, until they reached an area where the Endless was almost out of sight. Buster then stopped on the beach, took Reinhardt's hand, and jumped off the aircraft.
"Want to walk on the beach and go diving?"
Buster suddenly remembered that Reinhardt hadn't gone out to sea since boarding the ship.
Although going to sea is a high-risk activity for a blind person.
Reinhardt was helped off the aircraft, and soon after, he took off his shoes and socks, his feet sinking into the soft sand.
With no other audience members available, Reinhardt wore a dress today. And under Victoria's careful styling, it was undeniably exquisite and glamorous.
Her long, curly golden hair was braided into a thick plait and pinned to the top of her head. A light blue veil was pinned to her head with a silver branch-shaped hair accessory, which, along with the leaf-shaped tassel earrings and two strands of hair at her temples, fluttered in the wind.
The sheer fabric, attached to her clothes, billowed out like a hood. The cloak-like outer garment draped over her shoulders was also a thin layer of gauze, partially obscuring her snow-white skin.
The inner lining was a one-piece white dress that fit snugly and was fitted, with a thin silver chain hanging from the waist, with a bell at the end that made a clear and pleasant sound when walking.
This outfit wasn't really suitable for playing at the beach, but Reinhardt didn't care at all. Trailing his long skirt, he walked barefoot to the edge of the sand near the sea, a rather pleasant smile on his face.
Buster didn't care. He took Reinhardt's hand and led the son of the god all the way into the sea.
This sea area is sunny all year round, and the water temperature is very pleasant. Reinhardt was startled when he first touched the water, but afterwards he let the water reach his calves and had a great time wading in it.
The skirt was swallowed up, rippling and blooming on the water like a jellyfish. Reinhardt's waist was embraced by Buster, making him feel more at ease as he explored underwater.
As the feeling of weightlessness reached his chest, Reinhardt grabbed Buster's arm, who was hugging him from behind, somewhat helplessly.
"Are you scared?" Buster asked first.
“I don’t know.” Reinhardt thought about it carefully and then expressed his feelings. “I want to continue.”
He knew it.
Having spent so much time together, Buster had come to understand Reinhardt's personality quite well. This kid might seem easy to bully, but he was actually incredibly tough.
Moreover, they are resistant to gentle persuasion but not to force; they will not budge even if you are beaten to a pulp.
This kind of personality would be a disadvantage if someone were to wander the streets, but Buster just really likes him. He likes him so much that he wants to kiss Reinhard after looking at him for a while.
So he hugged him from behind, leaned down, and kissed Reinhardt's earlobe.
Reinhardt was already used to his lover's insatiable demands (not really) and sudden attacks, so he didn't react much and remained immersed in the feeling of soaking in the sea.
Buster, feeling a strong urge to do so, gently placed his palm on Reinhardt's abdomen.
Alright, the Son of God has finally decided to pay him any attention.
However, it was only a slight tilt of his head. Buster thought that if Reinhardt had his eyes, he might roll his eyes at him now.
Oh no, I suddenly really want to see him glare at me.
Reinhardt, who was still playing in the water, silently wondered a question mark.
“You’re bumping into me.” He said bluntly.
Buster chuckled shamelessly and joked, "There's nobody around, so it came out for a drive."
Although Reinhardt didn't understand these risqué jokes, he still managed a slight smile.
"Let's have dinner here tonight," Buster said to Reinhardt as he saw a fat fish popping its head out.
After his wife nodded in response, he summoned a medium-sized aircraft, activated the floating mode, and carried Reinhardt aboard so he could play in the water.
"I'll go catch it, you stay here."
With his eyes closed, Reinhardt smiled and nodded, and then saw Buster, who had been floating on the water, plunge headfirst into the water.
The surroundings fell silent instantly, with only the sound of waves, sea breeze, and distant cries of seagulls filling the air.
Fortunately, he didn't find it boring; the fresh touch of the seawater was enough for him to enjoy for a long time.
A short while later, Reinhardt heard a slightly noticeable sound of water. A tall figure approached from afar, and Buster placed something in his hand that resembled a five-pointed star.
"This is a starfish. I killed it. It won't bite you. You can play with it for a while."
Reinhardt: "..."
I feel like I've let this creature down a bit.
But he soon realized that his apology had come too early.
Buster then brought back conches, shells, non-poisonous jellyfish, oysters and abalone, and other random things for him to play with, and of course, he killed them all.
Fortunately, none of them died in vain. When they lit a fire on the beach that evening, they became their dinner.
Reinhardt especially loves abalone and squid slices, whether eaten raw or with sauce, they each have their own unique flavor, largely because they are chewy.
The lobster was delicious, but unfortunately Reinhardt could only use one claw at most.
After they had eaten and drunk their fill, Buster began to talk to Reinhardt about the stars.
Perhaps it was the oyster's potent aftereffects, or perhaps it was Reinhardt's stunning beauty, but Buster, while talking to Reinhardt, leaned in again and kissed the goddess's lips.
Reinhardt looked somewhat helpless and sighed, "You're always so quiet."
Buster's eyes fell on his waist, and a bad idea immediately came to him.
He untied the bell chain from Reinhardt's waist and tied it around his own neck.
“Now I have it.” The Storm Leader bent down and kissed the god devoutly, while playing a wondrous melody in their little world where only the two of them existed.
“Sit down, hold on tight, and get up,” he laughed. “Reinhardt, now you can control me however you want.”

Author's note: Victoria: How can someone eat so well? I hate it.
Madonna: The chief's silver merchant is above all others.
Buster: Am I arrogant?!
Reinhardt: What is that...?
Celine: It's better if you don't understand.
