Fifty-three. It's not too much for me, an architecture student, to design a city, is it?

"Hahahaha..." Newrent suddenly laughed after hearing Yun Zhe's words. Then, suppressing his laughter, he said with difficulty, "This idea is very good, but isn't it too idealistic?"

Although Yun Zhe knew his words were merely born of jealousy, he didn't truly have the courage to refute him this time. His main concern lay in the crops and the initial food supply for the displaced people. Could the Pas family handle the sudden influx of thousands or even tens of thousands of people? One might be able to convince people that one meal a day is healthier. But the land and crops are what they are; you can't fool them.

Everyone turned their gaze to Andrew. At this moment, as the lord of the city, he had the most authority to speak.

Newrent secretly hoped for the best. Although he somewhat disapproved of Yun Zhe's flamboyant behavior, he was confident that his opinion on the matter was largely based on public interest. This idea was even more unreliable than the previous plan to withdraw troops; there were too many links in the chain, and a problem at any one of them could lead to an uncontrollable situation. The lord had managed the city of Pas for many years and was not someone easily fooled by superficial knowledge of city management and crop cultivation. He naturally understood how many uncontrollable factors existed at each stage, and how much of that did you, an Aruru, know?

Andrew did not speak. He frowned and thought for a moment, then bowed to Serena. "Countess, I would like to speak with you alone."

Newrent frowned. The lord hadn't directly refuted him; this reaction was quite different from what he'd expected. But if he agreed, there was no need for a private discussion. The question was, what should they discuss privately at this moment?

One by one, everyone bowed and left the tent. Outside the tent, Arthas patted Yun Zhe on the shoulder, "Little Aruru, you know how to grow crops too?"

“My family farms, so I know a thing or two about it.” Yun Zhe was telling the truth; in his previous life, his grandparents were genuine farmers.

"It's a rare opportunity, but the city of Perth is only so big. With so many refugees arriving, where will we put them to live?"

“We can just build a new city outside the city, that way the residents of Paz won’t object.”

"So after the refugees leave, who will continue to manage these houses they built and the land they cultivated?" Nuremberg leaned closer and asked.

“For soldiers, houses can be converted into barracks, the land can be cultivated by the troops, and the harvested grain can be handed over to the army in proportion.”

Nyrent sniffed; he now thought Yun Zhe's idea was even more outlandish. "Turn it into a military camp, and then farm it? You probably don't understand the structure of our army."

“An idealist,” Newrent mentally categorized Yun Zhe. In his experience, such a meticulously planned scheme was doomed to fail. He glanced at Luke, who was surprisingly quiet; perhaps he had just experienced failure and didn't want to step forward again.

Andrew appeared at the tent entrance. He glanced at everyone and said, "Yun Zhe, you come in first."

Although Nyrent didn't speak, his smug expression revealed his current mood.

Luke leaned closer to Nuremberg and said, "I think Yun Zhe's proposal might be approved this time."

Newrent looked at his friend, who was clearly demoralized today, and smiled helplessly. "Have you been scared out of your wits by one failure? Haven't you noticed the biggest problem with this proposal?"

"What's the problem?"

“It’s too perfect, that’s its problem,” Newrent said confidently, patting Luke on the shoulder. “Any executable plan is a simple plan. A perfect plan like this, with each link connected to the next, will be completely ruined if one link goes wrong. So, don’t worry, this proposal won’t be approved.”

Luke scratched his head; he actually felt that what Nrent said today was somewhat far-fetched.

Andrew reappeared at the tent entrance. "Nyrent, Luke, assemble the troops and prepare to return to Pass."

Newrent looked at Andrew expectantly, and Andrew saw the expectant look in Newrent's eyes. He sighed.

"The Earl has agreed to Yun Zhe's plan. Let's set off and return to the city!"

“Yes, sir!” Luke nudged the dazed Nuremberg with his elbow.

“Yes, sir!” Newrent replied, his face filled with disbelief.

Yun Zhe was called in and asked two questions. One question had already been asked by Arthas, and the other question had been asked by Nuremberg.

Yun Zhe, like a student whose questions had been leaked, remained calm yet tinged with a hint of shyness.

"So where do you plan to build the new city?" Serena asked. She was now looking at this Aruru man with a different eye. She had been quite surprised when Andrew agreed to Yun Zhe's suggestion during her conversation with him earlier.

Yun Zhe unfolded the map. "There's a village near Ars City. This place will do." Yun Zhe suddenly remembered the first old man he met when he came out of the cemetery. He then searched the map but couldn't find the name Saba.

Is there a city called Saba nearby?

"Saba? Oh, that's the city of Pas, just like Donic has a name, Parry," Andrew replied.

Yun Zhe suddenly realized something and nodded awkwardly.

After saying this, Yun Zhe pulled out a large piece of parchment and began to design what the city would look like.

As an architecture student in my past life, designing a small town would be perfectly reasonable, wouldn't it?

Yun Zhe initially wanted to completely innovate his creative process, but he quickly discovered some problems. People in this era had no running water, no natural gas, and no need for electricity.

So... Yun Zhe's design already had problems.
