Chapter 18: Poor Student, Please Give Me Advice (1 / 2)

Without saying a word, Lin Yeci took off his long-sleeved jacket, tied it around Jiang Zhiyu's waist, wiped the cold sweat off her face with a tissue before leaving.

The teacher in the infirmary inserted a long, pointed needle into the blood vessel on the back of Jiang Zhiyu's hand.

Jiang Zhiyu hissed, bit his lips in pain, suddenly opened his eyes and looked at the teacher in the infirmary.

"It's normal to feel a little pain. Your fever is a little high and the medicine is lowering your temperature." The teacher in the infirmary unhurriedly fiddled with the medicine bottle in his hand and then hung it above the bed.

She straightened up and smiled at the teacher, "Thank you for your help, teacher."

"No trouble, I'm outside, call me if you need anything." The infirmary teacher walked outside in her high heels, sat down and played with her mobile phone.

The medicine was slowly delivered into her blood vessels drop by drop. The IV drip was not unfamiliar to her. In her previous life, she had spent most of her life in the hospital due to her frail health.

The smell of disinfectant was the most unpleasant smell to her, but fortunately, this body was healthy and only had a minor illness. Suddenly, she saw the school uniform jacket tied around her waist.

Looking at the school sign above, I smiled knowingly and really had to thank Lin Yeci.

She took off her school badge and carefully observed the boy on it. Even the school badge was so handsome, and his peach blossom eyes were so affectionate when he looked at everyone.

The bell rang, and the last class of the day came to an end. Jiang Zhiyu looked out the window, and his stomach started to growl with hunger.

Lin Yeci...should come back...

Just as this thought came to my mind, the boy's footsteps were heard, and he was gone for a long time.

He was seen holding Jiang Zhiyu's schoolbag in his left hand and two meals in his right hand, looking out of breath.

How thoughtful! You just felt hungry one second and can have a delicious meal the next.

"I'm so tired. How are you going to thank me?" Lin Yeci put the lunch box on a large table not far away and slumped weakly in a chair.

Jiang Zhiyu pushed the IV bottle hanging on the mobile pole and happily came to the lunch box, "Thank you, benefactor!"

The IV needle was in her left hand, so it was quite convenient for Jiang Zhiyu to eat. She used her right hand to pick up the lunch box and ate it like a hungry wolf.

Lin Yeci was shocked by the way she ate...

"Isn't it said that patients have no taste for food? How come you are eating so deliciously?"

Jiang Zhiyu's mouth was filled with food. She was so cute that she even wanted to occupy Lin Yeci's lunch box. "You have consumed too much energy today. Aren't you hungry? Why don't you eat yet?"

Lin Yeci, who saw through Jiang Zhiyu's thoughts, quickly picked up his own lunch box and started eating it. The two of them scrambling for the food was very funny.

When the teacher in the infirmary heard the noise, she poked her head into the house and felt very emotional, as she thought it was the same when she was young and had the same experience with the boy she liked.

Two bottles of intravenous drip had been completed and the sky gradually darkened. The bright moon in the sky was big and round, shining on the earth, creating white ripples.

As evening self-study began, bright lights were lit in the senior high school opposite the infirmary, and each hard-working student was working hard to finish the homework assigned for the day.

The infirmary teacher was very clear and took on the primary responsibility for supervising the two students' studies.

Picking up his red Winnie the Pooh schoolbag, Jiang Zhiyu secretly lamented that his head teacher had no conscience. He was so sick, but he still refused to make concessions and let him go home to study.

In fact, it was not really the class teacher's fault. Lin Yeci had a little trick up his sleeve. He did not tell Jiang Zhiyu that she could go home to recuperate and did not need to attend evening self-study.

He took out his math test paper as if nothing had happened and started doing it.
