The bedroom was very warm. When Rong Shenghan threw her onto the bed, Yu Jiuyuan was like a fish thrown ashore. Before she could even turn over, he held her down firmly.
His hands were on either side of her head as he looked down at her. The ice in his eyes had long since melted away, leaving only an intense, unyielding desire and possessiveness.
“Yu Jiuyuan,” he called her name, his voice deep, “remember, you are mine.”
Whether it was a childhood joke or the sudden appearance of Ji Nianqin, no one can take her away from him.
Looking at the obsession in his eyes, Yu Jiuyuan suddenly felt a strange sense of satisfaction.
She reached up and hooked her arm around his neck, then kissed him, saying in a muffled voice, "I know, my...little dog."
She used that word on purpose, with a hint of provocation and a touch of intimacy.
Rong Shenghan chuckled softly, biting her lip lightly as if punishing her.
"Then let the owner see just how 'obedient' this dog can be."
The sunlight outside the window was just right, casting dappled shadows on the carpet through the sheer curtains.
Soon, intimate sounds filled the bedroom, a mixture of suppressed breaths and low laughter, completely dispelling the gloom caused by the uninvited guest.
Yu Jiuyuan nestled in Rong Shenghan's arms, looking at the stubble on his chin, and suddenly thought that having a "dog" like this, who could be jealous and throw tantrums, but who would only bare his fangs at her, might not be so bad.
At least, it's much more interesting than that "fiancé" who suddenly appeared.
