Chapter 43 Meeting Minutes

She pushed a stack of documents in front of him. "These are the annual expense reimbursement forms for each club. After you check and sign them, hand them over to the finance department this afternoon. Also, we need a group of volunteers for the New Year's Eve party. You are responsible for counting the number of applicants from each grade."

Lin Yanran glanced at the thick stack of documents, her brows furrowing even more: "Can't this kind of thing be done by the secretariat?"

“The secretariat is following up on the program review for the New Year’s Eve party,” Yu Jiuyuan said in a unchanged tone, tapping her fingertips lightly on the table.

"If Secretary Lin thinks these tasks are too simple, he can assist President Xie in organizing the observation data of Changbai Mountain. I heard that the Astronomy Society is short-staffed to input spectral analysis results."

The office was still well-heated, and Yu Jiuyuan's voice was clear and gentle, like an invisible thread that firmly bound the four teenagers, each with their own thoughts, together in this small space.

As she bent down to take notes, a very faint smile played at the corners of her lips. Interspersed among the dense handwriting in her notebook was a line of small print that only she could decipher:

Domestication progress: Xie Zhecheng 10%, Rong Shenghan 64%, Yuan Xu 85%, Lin Yanran 3%.

The game has only just begun.
