Chen Wanzhen glanced at me, then replied, "No need, we need to find a place to continue our conversation."
I followed Chen Wanzhen's lead and said, "Let's go then."
We walked along the streetlights, with Gu Yanqing following behind.
"Xiao Wan, coming back to school, back to where our love began, don't you feel anything? Today I walked through every corner of the school that holds special meaning for us: the library, the grove of trees, the lakeside, and—"
"Gu Yanqing, are you disgusting?" I couldn't stand it anymore and turned around to interrupt.
Chen Wanzhen asked, puzzled, "If you can't let go, then why did you betray Jiang Wan on the eve of the wedding?"
"Because of a human life," Gu Yanqing replied confidently.
“Gu Yanqing, as an outsider, I think you should get your brain checked, or go see a neurologist,” Chen Wanzhen said bluntly.
We continued walking, and Gu Yanqing called out from behind, "Jiang Wan, which man is completely without fault in a relationship? I admit I was foolish and imagined our relationship to be too solid—but I've already repented, so why condemn me to death?"
Chen Wanzhen stopped in her tracks, wanting to scold him on my behalf, but I pulled her back: "Let's go, ignore him."
The next second, a huge black SUV drove up from the side of the road, accompanied by my familiar, gentle tone.

The rear window rolled down, revealing Su Shenglin's handsome and deep features, which were even more captivating under the streetlights.
I turned around, a smile unconsciously appearing on my face: "You finished so quickly?"
"Okay." Su Shenglin smiled and nodded, then glanced at Chen Wanzhen. "Have your roommate get in the car with you; it's cold outside."
As they were talking, the back door was already pushed open.
After Chen Wanzhen recognized the person in the car, her eyes widened like saucers, and she looked at me with a mixture of ambiguity and delight.
“Uh, Wanzhen… shall my friend take you back to your hotel?” I turned to Chen Wanzhen, seeking her opinion.
Chen Wanzhen nodded vigorously and said to Su Shenglin, "Then I'll have to trouble you, Senior Su."
"You're welcome."
Su Shenglin walked around the court and made way for him.
I stepped forward to get on the bus.
"Jiang Wan!" Gu Yanqing suddenly rushed up and grabbed me. "You can't go with him. Don't forget our divorce decree hasn't taken effect yet. If you go with him now, I'll appeal tomorrow!"
I instantly exploded, shoving him away: "Fine, you can appeal tomorrow, and I'll put your sister in jail tomorrow too! Let's all go all out!"
