I was speechless and could only remain silent.
Su Shenglin raised an eyebrow and looked at me, asking, "Jiang Wan, you're not going to back out, are you?"
"Huh?" I stared at him, then quickly shook my head after realizing what he meant. "No, no, how could I go back on my word? That would be too disrespectful to you."
"It's good that you didn't back out." He breathed a sigh of relief.
I explained, "It's just that my reputation isn't good right now. Look, I'm famous all over the internet for swearing, and you're still proudly introducing me to people as your girlfriend..."
Su Shenglin chuckled sullenly: "Let everyone know that my girlfriend is not to be trifled with, then no one will dare to bully me anymore."

People passing by pointed and whispered among themselves after seeing me.
I turned my head and stared at them, making them feel embarrassed, and they quickly looked away and left.
I gave a dismissive smile, turned around, and continued eating.
Today is New Year's Day, and it's lively everywhere.
I didn't want to go back after eating, since I'd been cooped up at home for several days, so I called Li Yunwei to ask what she was doing.
"Why are you asking me? You're taken now, and you still have time to think about your best friend? Didn't Mr. Su spend the holiday with you?"
I knew Li Yunwei was going to tease me, and sure enough, the little girl started making fun of me right away.
