Seeing my incredulous expression, Su Shenglin laughed, "What, you don't believe in your son's charm?"

Joking aside, after I had fed the child and settled him off to play, I brought up the topic of our trip to Suzhou Garden during the day.
Chen Wanzhen was also surprised to hear this: "So, his family has accepted you? I thought you would be bullied if you went there alone."
“How could that be? With Mr. Su around, no one can bully her,” Li Yunwei said with certainty.
I paused for a moment, thinking about Su Shenglin's marriage proposal, and decided to ask their opinions as well.
